Villa vacation rentals in Cottonwood

We loved staying at this villa and will definitely be back! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was in a great location close to everything. Claudine was great and very helpful.

This was our 6th trip to Sedona and we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Having such a great place to stay was one less thing to worry about in making the trip special. The view of the mountains is fantastic. We enjoyed having a huge view of the stars right from the king bed. Very private and had everything we needed. Jasson kept in contact but not intrusive, just right, making sure we were good. The location was perfect. I strongly suggest Jasson's place, we will certainly book again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our larger family was able to fit very comfortably in this home. The kitchen was very spacious with two dish washers, a nice big island, and walk in fridge. All of the bedrooms were separated very nicely with comfortable mattresses and sheets. The outdoor area was the best - the pool was wonderful and the grill + seating area was perfect. The view is absolutely gorgeous as well. We would highly recommend this home for anyone!

Pleasant stay, very beautiful villa

The home absolutely stunning and in a great location with easy access to shopping, dining, hiking and sightseeing. If you like wineries and exploring interesting shops, it’s all very close. Old Town Cottonwood and Jerome are easy to get to and Sedona is only a 35 min drive away!

THE VIEW WAS PRICELESS! Cannot beat it! Private, quiet and sooo clean, something we really appreciate! Felt safe with our toddler there. Would stay again if we come back to Sedona, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had such a lovely stay in Sedona and this was a wonderful base for us. It was super clean, had everything we needed and more. It felt like it had just been totally renovated and was very tastefully decorated. Claudine was super easy to communicate with. We loved it and would definitely stay here again! My four friends and I stayed here for 4 nights! We absolutely loved it! The house had a great layout, and we each had our own bed to sleep in (and the beds were very comfortable). The front patio has an amazing view, and we always enjoyed eating dinner and looking out the kitchen nook window!! It’s an easy 10 minute walk into town, and the hardest part was walking back up the driveway! (But it was well worth it!).

I had a very peaceful time at Amy’s. She is a great host and made me feel at home since the moment I entered her place. My room was very clean with a beautiful view of the golf course. The bathroom was nicely decorated and the kitchen was pristine and literally spotless. Amy’s house is located near a lot of popular trails and there are a lot of good restaurants close by. Going to Sedona uptown and noticing the traffic and crowd I was very happy that I stayed far away from all that in a quiet area. The drive from her place to uptown Sedona was very gorgeous and I was happy to see all of that beauty every time that I drove on that road. Going back to her place after all my daytime explorations, I felt as if I was going back home to my family, and most of the nights I had a nice conversation with Amy and Rick her Fiancé which was a great way to end my day. Thank you Amy for being such as pleasant part of my trip to Sedona :-)
