As Jeffrey states… steps from each. Literally.. 50 steps to beach. Such great communication. All amenities you will need. Much appreciated the Coleman cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. One of the best well stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Nice parking. Small walk to beach restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Thank you sir.

The unit was small, but cozy and clean. I enjoyed the personal touches of fan folded bathroom towels. The parking was a little challenging because my husband drives an F250. The common area and pool were on the water, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the beautiful sunset and enjoying the wildlife/scenery. It was too far for us to walk to the beach, but there is a public access with reasonably priced parking nearby. Area was safe, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

12/10! We had such a lovely time staying in the Poolside Suite that we plan on staying here next time we visit my family. I appreciated the ease of getting to the different beaches from the trolley and the detailed info about getting around Lisa provided prior to checkout.

Wonderful stay with gorgeous views and direct access to beach! Balcony was a favorite for watching the sun set and listening to the waves. Very clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for our family. Zac was very responsive and helpful prior to, during, and post stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

Great place. So pretty and close to the beach

We spent Thanksgiving week and absolutely loved it. The condo exceeded expectations. The sunsets were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals. Very cozy condo and great beds.

The space is lovely and comfortable. The view is soooo beautiful! They were very kind and responsive. I would stay here again.

Kate's home is delightful in every way with all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Her home is fully equipped with everything to make a stay easy and comfortable. By the 2nd day I no longer wondered if something would be available, instead I looked and found just what I needed. Kate is an exceptional host; very responsive, communicates timely and clearly and very helpful with all requests. Will definitely look to stay here again on my next vista.

The experience in this home was absolutely amazing I'd say 10/10! Vanessa and Nicole were incredibly helpful, and their instructions were clear and informative. The house had everything we needed and was really comfortable. We were looking to unwind, swim, and fish, which we definitely did. If it's available next time we're in town, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

As our second time staying here, it truly feels like our home away from home! Well-appointed, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and close to the beach, restaurants and St. Armand’s Circle. Chris is very responsive, helpful and went above and beyond as a host. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at the Sunshine Cottage! Michelle and Scott were so helpful before and during our stay. The entire house was perfectly cleaned and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time in the pool and backyard space, it was so relaxing. I’m going to miss having coffee on the dock overlooking the canal. Our 5 year old is already asking to go back to “the yellow house.”

Great place to stay while we were at my daughter’s lacrosse tournament at IMG. Convenient location. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The pool, although small, was perfect and warm- perfect for the chilly November evenings. The host was very responsive with clear instructions. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Jill's place for 3 nights while we were visiting New College of Florida for a tennis recruiting visit and IMG Academy visit. It was perfect! The home was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The house even provided a cooler with freezer paks to pack for a sunny, hot Florida day on the tennis courts. We had fun cooling off and playing in the pool, and had some fun competitive games of yard size connect four!! Thanks Jill for a great stay! We highly recommend this home! And if our daughter decides to play tennis for NCF - we will be back!

it was all we were looking for. relaxing atmosphere, nice view of channel into marina. clean swimming pools and nice morning walks through beautiful condo community. nice restaurant's also. it was a short drive to get to stores. The beach was closed due to hurricane but the marina is right there for boat excursions.

We have stayed at Beach Cottages several times, and this unit was the best yet! Large one bedroom, nicely furnished, easy access, great deck, plenty of little extras to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Will recommend to friends and hope to return next year.

Beautiful and clean condo. Great views, kitchen is beautiful and bed was comfortable. Loved having the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers available too. Stephen was very responsive and went out of his way to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

Becky and Tyler's place is a little gem. All we needed were clothes and food! They had everything there that we could possibly need. Thank you for the excellent communication. We had an amazing week to celebrate our 35th "anniversary tour". A++++++ accommodations!!!

Joe’s beach home is perfect! Has all the amenities of home! Fully functional kitchen. Wasn’t lacking anything. The condo itself was very clean and the complex was as well! We felt very safe and at home. The pool is right outside the door and down the steps. The beach is just a few steps away. Joe provides plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards etc. He is also very responsive to any questions we had. Could not have picked a better place for our first trip to AMI. Thanks Joe for allowing us to stay in your vacation home!!
