Enjoyed our stay. House is perfect for larger groups. Sammy is a great host. He responded fast on all our questions and fixed a small issue we had with the door right away. We will definitely stay here again

Sheron’s place was perfect for us. Was very clean, modern and all beautifully decorated and coordinated. kitchen had very good supply of pots and pans and dishes. Place even had office with desk which was perfect to work remotely. My son really enjoyed sunroom with darts.

we came after a hurricane so somethings were not perfect but no way interfered with vacay.

Julie was an amazing host. Her pre arrival message is very long, but it literally explains everything you need to know about the house. The house is amazing for a family. The 2 main beds are super comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. Julie's check out instructions we the eeasiest I have ever had. This house is better then it looks in the add. we had 4 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space to spare. I will bbe saving this house to use in the future.

We stay in the Bradenton/AMI area yearly and Richard’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Nice quiet neighborhood on the canal and just a few minutes drive to the beach and shops. The spacious kitchen and living area was fantastic for preparing meals and still enjoyed being connected with the group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and very comfortable. Richard was very responsive and communicated very well. We did have a couple small hiccups with some electrical breakers from the tropical storm that hit the area just before our stay but Richard gave us a heads up ahead of time and communicated all updates regarding repair. Thankfully all issues were very minor and we were able to enjoy our vacation with minimal adjustments. The house has some basic cooking seasonings but lots of cooking utensils and pots/pans. A few small pool towels were there but I do recommend bringing beach towels as he suggests in his listing. A few beach chairs and coolers also available.

Listen, all I have to say is my mother in law who is extremely hard to please was raving about Shelly’s home! It was perfect and had everything one need in a home away from home. It was well decorated, clean and adequately stocked! I was shocked that my mother in law had nothing to complain about and told me give this place 5 stars.

Lenny was a great guest. His house was spotless and beautiful. Definitely worth every penny you pay for this house.

We really enjoyed our stay! Just a short trip across the bridge to the beach. Excellent location and it was nice to come back from the beach and unwind and relax in the pool. Everything that you need to cook with is also available. Great yard and bbq as well. Thanks again for a great stay

Patrick's place was great! Not too big and not too small. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids).It was clean and very well maintained. Had everything you would come to expect from a well appointed Airbnb. The house is located just over a mile to Anna Maria Island so it is very close. You have Anna Maria Island one way and just over a mile away in the other direction is a Starbucks, Bonefish Grill, and other restaurants if you do not want to eat somewhere on the island. Check in was easy and Patrick was very responsive with great recommendations on where to go as far as beaches and where to eat either on the island or off. He was also very accommodating especially with our flight with Delta being delayed and pushed back to a much later flight than planned. There was also no hair dryer that apparently went missing but Patrick brought us a brand new one no questions asked. He was definitely one of the best if not the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had! Highly recommend!

Cindy was an awesome host, definitely will be coming back. The house was very clean and neat when we got there. Very family friendly, they have toys for toddlers and kids, lots of pots and pans to cook with at home, washer and dryer is in the house, everything you could ask for. Cindy and her team responded to all the questions I had in a swift manner. Like I said before, definitely will be coming back when I’m visiting family in Bradenton!

Despite hurricane Place was spotless and and absolutely perfect for our family I loved the outdoor shower and the screened porch

This is the second time I stayed at Lea’s place and will be my go to every time I visit the Bradenton area! Lea’s place is so comfortable and clean! Lea is very responsive and helpful. She even let me know there was a lot of rain lately and some things outside were wet, when I arrived it was still very clean and just as I remembered it my first stay. This is truly a 5 star place!

Hands down the absolute most beautiful home we have ever had the pleasure of booking! Our family is extremely grateful and plan to book again in the near future! Lorena is the sweetest, her home is immaculate and we could not be happier with our experience at Lorena's beautiful home!

Very spacious and clean. More than enough space for 2 people. Dayana was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend going back in the future.

What a perfect place!!! But we unfortunately, were part of the mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Helene. However, the two full days we had were great! The pool is great, easy walk to the beach, plus tons of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Upon checking in there was a bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned, but it’s hard to find due to the door. Within minutes Amanda responded to my message and then 20 minutes later the cleaning crew was there to clean the bathroom and it as spotless. They were also super apologetic. Additionally, Amanda was fantastic during all the questions we had with the hurricane approaching and the evacuation. Unfortunately, we were unable to return due to the damage and Amanda issued 50% of our refund. We sincerely hope to return to this rental and be able to enjoy it the entire length of our stay next time (just not during hurricane season).

Kate's home is delightful in every way with all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Her home is fully equipped with everything to make a stay easy and comfortable. By the 2nd day I no longer wondered if something would be available, instead I looked and found just what I needed. Kate is an exceptional host; very responsive, communicates timely and clearly and very helpful with all requests. Will definitely look to stay here again on my next vista.

Nicole as great from start to finish. Communication was superb and Nicole went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and everything we did not even know we needed :-) The digs were just as described and as the pictures showed. We were visiting family in Parrish and had a great time! The wee community here were very friendly and the local shop and garage were only a few minutes away which was ideal for us. If we are lucky enough to be back, we'll definitely be looking Nicole up to rebook.

The experience in this home was absolutely amazing I'd say 10/10! Vanessa and Nicole were incredibly helpful, and their instructions were clear and informative. The house had everything we needed and was really comfortable. We were looking to unwind, swim, and fish, which we definitely did. If it's available next time we're in town, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay while we were at my daughter’s lacrosse tournament at IMG. Convenient location. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The pool, although small, was perfect and warm- perfect for the chilly November evenings. The host was very responsive with clear instructions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home with lots of personal touches. The house has lots of room and was well stocked by the hostess. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent there again.
