Kate's home is delightful in every way with all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Her home is fully equipped with everything to make a stay easy and comfortable. By the 2nd day I no longer wondered if something would be available, instead I looked and found just what I needed. Kate is an exceptional host; very responsive, communicates timely and clearly and very helpful with all requests. Will definitely look to stay here again on my next vista.

I initially reserved three nights , then decided we couldn’t have enough of such beautiful home and beach !!! The home had literally everything you need!!! Please believe me when I say I over packed! Tom’s beach home has it all for the beach , chairs umbrellas ! Wheel cart ! Beach towels !! We ended staying 5 nights instead of three that’s how great the place is !! Even tho it was just two of us having one and half bathrooms was a luxury and I cannot say enough about the bed !! Super comfy , amazing pillows and clean!! Private front and fenced in ! Loved it loved it! This is our spot for ever. Literally we then decided it was so amazing there we we got hitched at South Coquina beach !!!! Woohooo omg had the best time . If I can post pictures I will ! If you are planning on visiting Ana Maria Island and want a relax and amazing stay that has it all ! Literally all !! This is your spot ! The marshmallow and chocolate complements of the house was so nice !!! Thank you till next stay !!!

We were in Bradenton for a lacrosse tournament. The house is very convenient to the IMG Academy. Plenty to do nearby and the beach is about 10 minutes away. House was very clean and plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 teens. Eva was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would highly recommend this home.

This home exceeded every expectation we had for a restful vacation with our family! Amanda was amazing and so kind and friendly. We had plenty of beach chairs and a wagon for our family trip of 14! There was private space for everyone, each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool, spa and ping pong table were awesome amenities. Perfect location! Super close to the beach and lots of restaurants! We especially loved the rooftop, we spent a lot of time up there. The spiral staircase was fun too! Plenty of space to cook for a crowd in that beautiful kitchen. Would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a private oasis close to a beautiful beach. We had an issue with the sink and some lights, but maintenance came right out and it was not a problem at all! Cannot recommend this more! Thank you!

This place was absolutely perfect. The layout of the house was great for shared or separate space with seating near the kitchen area and in the TV area. The bedrooms and bathrooms had ample space and were super clean. The screened in porch with hot tub were a great outdoor space to relax. Very convenient to places to eat, beaches and surrounding hotspots.

This place is amazing and even better than the pictures! The backyard and pool were perfect! There is nothing they haven't thought of and the location is great. Lots of stores nearby and just 10 minutes from the beach. Would 100% recommend and I hope we can visit again soon.

This is a perfect spot! So close to the beach, so close to our favorite AMI restaurants, groceries, Robinson Preserve, and more! The unit was very clean and comfortable, this place has so many great features from the spacious bedrooms to the gorgeous pool deck to the indoor/outdoor lounge at the pool level, we will definitely be back. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived but the response was quick and generous. Thank you for a great stay!

Joe was a incredible host. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. But close to everything, restaurants, stores, and beaches. The house was incredibly clean, one of cleanest I've stayed in. The house was perfect for a small group of people. We stayed with our 19 year old, my husband and two dogs. The house is set up so my son had his room and bathroom on the otherside of the house. The yard was a favorite of ours and our dogs. Who had fun in a fenced in yard getting their zoomines on. The beds were large and comfortable for us. lots of cooking and eating utensils. They had stuff for the beach, wagon, chairs, umbrella, kids life vests, which could be used for the pool. It was a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with lots of personal touches. The house has lots of room and was well stocked by the hostess. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent there again.

My family and I were very comfortable in the condo during our week. It was roomy enough for the five of us and everything we needed was there. We loved the condo’s beachy decor and having two screened in porches. The short walk to the beach was not bad. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The host was very friendly and responsive, plus gave suggestions of restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Dori was an outstanding, attentive and uplifting host. She made us feel like her home was our home, it was neat, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the setting was peaceful. Dori kept us posted on local events that she thought we would enjoy. We look forward to staying in Dori's home again in the future.

Very clean and quiet, and Dani was a lovely host. She was helpful and responsive and we appreciated the opportunity to stay in this well-kept home! It was centrally located to the tournament we were visiting for, and easy to get to.

We find it a very memorable experience for the girls ! It feels like a camping deluxe experience. The design of the house is very neat and it’s a cool place for pictures ! Lots of wood and cool colors : For sure a night we will remember !

This stay was great and I recommend for anyone looking for somewhere cozy in Bradenton. I had to book last minute for a funeral and Clare was nothing but helpful and responsive to me and I really appreciate that. The space was nice and comfy and I especially loved how walkable the area was. We were really close to the water and downtown, so there were lots of options for food, entertainment, and nice views. Stayed here while I was displaced from my house due to Helene. Convenient location, close enough to the island while having access to all the amenities of Bradenton.
