Vacation rentals with a patio in Cortez

I cannot say enough about Courtney as a host. She was flexible and always responded immediately if I had a question. The apartment had everything one would need for a beach vacation. Great beach chairs and umbrella too! Loved her snacks for my afternoons at the beach. As others stated so close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental.

We absolutely loved the place. We’ll be back when we come in town. It was perfectly decorated. Well designed for the space. And very comfortable.

Wonderful stay with gorgeous views and direct access to beach! Balcony was a favorite for watching the sun set and listening to the waves. Very clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for our family. Zac was very responsive and helpful prior to, during, and post stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

We came from Orlando for one night to see one of our favorite bands play at a nearby park that was only 1 mile away, which was the main reason we booked with Noel. Figuring the park was only a mile away and the weather was cool and beautiful we would walk there and back to avoid the hassle of parking and getting stuck in a parking after the concert . Now that we’ve been there , our main reason to book again would be the comfort, accessibility and affordability! Her place was literally so comfortable! The bed was heavenly , the hot tub sitting area was so relaxing, and the place was spotless. It was so so much better than any hotel we would have found in the area! Thank you Noel for having one of the last few rentals that’s still a great price , well appointed and clean! Anytime we come to the area we will be checking if this place is available again . This cute home was great for our quick Thanksgiving getaway! It was a perfect location with lots to do all over! The house was bright, clean and met all our needs!

Julie was an amazing host. Her pre arrival message is very long, but it literally explains everything you need to know about the house. The house is amazing for a family. The 2 main beds are super comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. Julie's check out instructions we the eeasiest I have ever had. This house is better then it looks in the add. we had 4 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space to spare. I will bbe saving this house to use in the future.

Listen, all I have to say is my mother in law who is extremely hard to please was raving about Shelly’s home! It was perfect and had everything one need in a home away from home. It was well decorated, clean and adequately stocked! I was shocked that my mother in law had nothing to complain about and told me give this place 5 stars.

What a wonderful week! Our entire family felt comfortable and at home here. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, welcoming and had anything we needed during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, there was extra bedding, blankets for the cool mornings and fans for the bedrooms. The owners have literally thought of it all. The home is in a wonderful location and easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and walking. Our family didn’t want to leave. If you are considering this home, look no further. This is a wonderful home and we HIGHLY recommend it. We hope to come again! Thank you so much.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

it was all we were looking for. relaxing atmosphere, nice view of channel into marina. clean swimming pools and nice morning walks through beautiful condo community. nice restaurant's also. it was a short drive to get to stores. The beach was closed due to hurricane but the marina is right there for boat excursions.

could not have been any nicer or accommodating! You will not find a better place for the price. We were not there much due to so much lacrosse but it had everything you could possibly need from kitchen stuff to beach! Really felt at home.

What can I say. I've stayed with John several times and purposely do so. This unit is well organized and has everything you need. awesome location. can't wait to return in April. thank you John!

I gave these people a five star review, even though we never got to stay there. Unfortunately, with hurricane Helene, it caused us from being able to even access the island. These people deserve a five star rating for the communication they kept up before the storm even hit and letting us know as soon as they knew, that we would not be able to stay there. They went above and beyond with communicating! Hoping that things could be recovered quickly for them and the rest of the island.

Becky and Tyler's place is a little gem. All we needed were clothes and food! They had everything there that we could possibly need. Thank you for the excellent communication. We had an amazing week to celebrate our 35th "anniversary tour". A++++++ accommodations!!!
