Roy's Place was just super, I can't wait to go back. We were traveling to visit/help family, and Roy's place nourished us each day for the task ahead. Really, really nice apartment, comfortable, everything in excellent condition. Big DR table, comfy big sofa, great screen; new kitchen (all the tools we needed to make breakfast/dinner, including an ice cream scoop, very important) with lots of light; comfortable bed, large shower, plenty of storage; outside pool, hot tub, large outdoor shower, sitting area under the overhang, fairy lights. I wish my home looked like Roy's place. Roy was a perfect host. He communicated clearly and quickly, shared info about how the place worked, (also local info), how to get in (we arrived after midnight), where to park. He put fresh flowers in a vase on the table, wrote a thank you note! And Roy was really careful to completely respect our privacy, not just in the unit but outside, in the totally enclosed patio/pool/hot tub area. Kudos to Roy!

Location, location, location! Nice condo for 2 people. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped but we made it work. Loved staying so close to Bridge Street Fawn was very responsive to our needs. Hopefully we will be back soon!

This is the second time I stayed at Lea’s place and will be my go to every time I visit the Bradenton area! Lea’s place is so comfortable and clean! Lea is very responsive and helpful. She even let me know there was a lot of rain lately and some things outside were wet, when I arrived it was still very clean and just as I remembered it my first stay. This is truly a 5 star place!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! From start to finish, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Every time we had a question, they responded within 10 minutes and even went out of their way to get on the phone with me to explain how the heated pool worked. Their communication was top-notch, and they worked with us on every aspect of our stay. The property itself was amazing! The heated pool and hot tub were a hit, and the quiet neighborhood made our stay even more relaxing. The boys enjoyed the pool table and small arcade, which kept them entertained throughout the weekend. The house was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The living room provided plenty of space to gather, and the master bedroom had an impressively large bathroom. Overall, this was an incredible experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

My family was in town for lacrosse tournaments and this was a great place to stay (saved some money) and had nearby access to beaches. House was immaculate, all the necessities- especially coffee:) Owner has a book filled with local recommendations and we loved hanging out on Anna Maria Island watching the sunset. We never did use the hot tub but it was ready for use and looked inviting-- we were too busy with other things!

I choose vacation homes based on reviews, I think many of us do it.If a house has great reviews it means there is something to it and this house definitely stands out.Highly value silence, beautiful view, attractive decor in the house, high quality and cleanliness of bedding, clean blankets, carpets,dishes,bathroom,refrigerator,TV remotes, all this Mara will provide you with, and this is very important. In short, this house is simply fabulous, unforgettable, unique and there is no way you won't come back to it because every stay seems too short.Mara was in constant contact with us, she gave us more than we needed and made us feel at home.She is truly an amazing person.We asked her to heat our house, she did it before we arrived, the hot tub was so clean and well-kept, the yard with beautiful landscaping, everything looked like in the pictures, and even better. When I was recording a video for my family, the comment was: Here is better than I expected !Christmas tree was a hit! Wll back

Cozy and perfect for our needs. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would happily stay again. I would note, that if you are a light sleeper don’t sleep in the main bedroom because the traffic outside is quite loud.

A quiet and cozy home. Was perfect for a quick getaway to visit with family and friends down in Siesta Key, was only 25 minutes to the Keys! Beautiful backyard with lots of space to spend a peaceful evening.

We fell in love with Monika’s place and can’t wait to go back! My family, 12 of us, rented three condos in the area and Monika’s was by far the favorite of them all. I took my 17 year old daughter and 2 grandsons. The pool is a lot bigger than the pictures and very clean. We spent a lot of time there and I lounged in the chairs while they swam. The steps to the condo are right beside the pool which is so convenient. Since there are only 4 units, we had the pool to ourselves. The condo is in walking distance to several restaurants so my daughter could walk on her own to get food. There are plenty of comfortable beach chairs (another thing my family was envious about), a huge umbrella and a back saving beach wagon to pull all of our gear. The beds are super comfortable and the master bathroom shower is amazing! We cooked lunch nearly everyday and all the cooking utensils and such were provided. Monika was super responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do!

This is our second year here at Sophie’s. We absolutely love the location! No construction this year so the views were breathtaking. I was a little disappointed in suite 3 because the towel rack was broken in the bathroom and there was no place to hang any towels With 3 women that was difficult. Also the second bedroom in this unit had no closet just drawers on the twin beds but they do not work very well. The one I was in every time you tried to open the drawers the entire frame would come apart and they were pretty dirty so not usable to us. Staying for 10 days was difficult with no where to put anything. BUT we love it there and Sophie is so accommodating. It would not keep me from going back!!!! Thank you Sophie for another great vacation!!

Great location! Private beach, extremely quiet. Host gave great restaurant reccs. I would recommend or stay here again.

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

Becky was very responsive and helpful. When I walked through the door it smelled so clean and good. It was a beautiful place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I were very comfortable in the condo during our week. It was roomy enough for the five of us and everything we needed was there. We loved the condo’s beachy decor and having two screened in porches. The short walk to the beach was not bad. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The host was very friendly and responsive, plus gave suggestions of restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Daniel was a very well responsive and informative host. the condo we rented was nicer than what I was expecting and felt a lot bigger than what the pictures show. the condo was very clean and well put together which made for a easy and comfortable stay! we will definatly book with Daniel when ever possible.
