Great little place! It was just perfect for what we needed this trip. The entire place was immaculately clean and everything was just as described in the listing. Downtown was within walking distance and had great restaurants. We loved it!

Was a very nice and clean place we weathered hurricane Debby there for two days and it was like being at home was easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do and see

For first time ABB renters this was a great experience! From the ease of working with Suzanna to the accuracy of the unit and the surrounding area. We had a couple issues but they were resolved efficiently. We would come back to this location!

This condo is beautiful and very well maintained. The property is quiet and easy to get to attractions in Sarasota and surrounding areas. Property owners were informative and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was a ground floor end unit in a lovely setting with pond views on two sides. It was simply and tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. It is compact, but nicely laid out for sharing with an ensuite bedroom and bath on each side of the open concept living, dining and kitchen area and a small screened patio overlooking the pond. It had all the essentials for cooking, laundry and entertainment. TV and Netflix access were seamless (which is saying a lot as I am usually bewildered by the technology). Lovely walkways around the pond and the neighborhood. A very comfortable and attractive place to stay at a good price.

It was great and what I needed at the time.

Condo is fantastic. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and always plenty of parking. As the pictures show, it is close to busy street so there is some road noise especially during busy “traffic time” but I didn’t really notice it after a day or two and I couldn’t hear it in bedroom. The view and being able to walk to Doc Ford’s restaurant more than made up for it :-) I would definitely stay here again !

This condo is right on a private beach access spot, which was much less crowded than other spots on the beach. Super easy to get to the beach every day! But the kitchen didn’t have any salt/pepper or other spices and was missing some cooking utensils, so it was inconvenient to cook our own meals - but that’s the only thing we were missing for our stay. Loved everything else!

Ryan's condo was perfect. It was in the perfect location and spotless. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, birds and sunrises from the balcony everyday. A short walk across the road to the beautiful white sand beach to swim and then every night to watch the beautiful sunsets. Also great restaurants within walking distance and the free trolley to go around the beautiful island. We will be going back for sure!!!!

Great beach vacation! The condo was comfortable for a family of 7. Right on the beach and well equipped. Plenty of things to do and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended. We’ll be back. Thanks Ammey for your attention and details.

Steve was a very responsive and respectful host. The condo is a short walk to the pool, beach and local restaurants. There were clear instructions on anything we needed to know and the condo was super clean. We appreciate the hospitality and we will be staying here again.

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

Sandra was an amazing host! Everything was absolutely spotless and felt incredibly clean! Sandra was super responsive and welcoming for anything we needed! It was an easy stay while I was displaced from my apartment being flooded. I would absolutely stay here again!

Vachira’s property in Bradenton was exactly as advertised and a great base for our family of 4. Awesome outside space and pool. Very large property with all mod-cons and loads of space for everyone. Special mention to our host Vachira who was in touch prior to stay and super responsive where we needed her assistance. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to hurricane evacuations, however Vachira was a huge support in keeping us up to date and resolving refunds etc. Could not have asked for a better host. Would heartily recommend Vachira’s property and we are just sad we had to leave early. Hopefully will be the chance to come back for another, longer stay in the future!

We had a great, albeit brief stay at Solen's place. The day we checked in we arrived later than expected, around 11:30p, and the following day I met Sinan and then our family spent the day at the beach. Solen and Sinan's place was a perfect size for our little family, and when we arrived the pack and play crib was already set up and ready for our sleeping child. We appreciated all of the kids equipment being ready at our disposal for a beach vacation, including the kids dishes, highchair and a baggie of outlet covers! Minimum booking time was 6 nights, however our vacation got cut very short by Hurricane Helene. When we had to up and leave so quickly on the 3rd day of our stay Solen and Sinan's response was to keep our family safe, they even took proactive steps to refund the nights we did not get to stay. We will absolutely book again in the future, the home was perfect and the beach was dreamy.

What an amazing property with an even more amazing host!! Samuel worked with us throughout the build up, and landfall of Hurricane Helene. He was concerned with our well being and comfort throughout the storm. Unfortunately, the storm prevented us from fulfilling our stay, and Samuel generously made it right! Thank you for everything! This will be our first home we look for when we return to the area!!

I recently stayed at this house, and it was an excellent experience. The house is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient and quiet. Mergim was very friendly and responsive, making the stay even better. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and Chris’ place was perfect for our stay. He was extremely responsive and helpful and the house was perfect, exactly like the pictures. Such a well setup house with lots of little details taken care of to make it extremely comfortable and “like home”. Would absolutely recommend and we’d stay here again if in town.

The stay is just as beautiful as described in the pictures. Host is attentive and very responsive. An unforeseen event occurred and Elena did the best in her ability to resolve quickly and for us to adjust and enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Thank you Elena. Irelis
