Ra was very responsive to all questions. The home was perfect for our family of 5. Each having their own room and plenty of space. The soaker tub in the master was great. Unlike most rentals, the water pressure was great, and even with a large family, we never ran short of hot water. We love that there were TV's in every room. Our favorite part of the stay was the pool table and games. It definitely made our stay memorable.

This house was very accommodating for our first family reunion very spacious with the best amenities the host was amazing and communicates very well and quickly. The location of this place was key with less than a two minute drive to Walmart right outside of the subdivision as well as Sam’s Club and dollar store and many restaurants. With only 30 minutes away from Disney and or Universal Studios one hour from Cocoa Beach and Legoland. This house was equipped with everything you may need from dishes,pots, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washer and dryer machines. The only thing we did notice is it listed with one set of bunkbeds and there are two sets of bunkbeds one in which I did notice that there’s a trundle bed so bunk sleeps at least and there is only two king size bed as opposed to three king size beds. The kids loved the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the layout of the space really allowed for privacy. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, which was a great setup for traveling with others. The beds were super comfy, and even though the area was raucous and lively at night, the doors and windows did an amazing job keeping the noise out. We slept great and were never disturbed. The dedicated parking spot was also clutch. Having that convenience in such a busy area made a big difference. As an Orlando native, I can say that Thornton Park is one of the best neighborhoods you can stay in. It has so much charm, walkability, and great energy. The balcony was a lovely place to unwind after long days, especially since we were dealing with some heavy family stuff. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the space really felt like a home base for everything we had going on. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived I felt right at home. The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable. The neighbor felt safe, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without any concerns. The location was incredibly convenient to shops, restaurants and the parks. Overall, my stay was fantastic and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Fred’s place! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and very clean—exactly as described. We spent almost every day at the Oasis Club (included free access with this stay), which my kids absolutely loved. The area was safe and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay was wonderful. Location is perfect for Disney and other things Orlando has to offer. Great pool and water slides for the kids. Hosts have almost anything you could think of at your disposal, from pack and plays, to cooler bags, and any dishware you could want. Additionally they have maybe the most robust welcome book that answers any question you could have. If you have kids and are taking them to Disney or Orlando, book this spot, you won't be disappointed!

took my son for a trip to universal studios and feel like I could not have chose a better place than Dennis's! Clean and well stocked with everything you need! walking distance to restaurants grocery and gift shops. 10 mins to universal. all my Lyft rides were a smooth pick up and drop off. pools were amazing! Super-equipped and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need and much more. Super clean and quiet. We loved it and were very comfortable during our stay, Anderson was very attentive, thank you very much

Tim was very friendly and responded to my messages quickly. The beautiful grounds at The Reserve at Vista Cay are well kept and very clean. One of our favorite things was the walking path around the lake and the birds that frequented there. The large pools are clean and there are more than enough lounge chairs around the area. We loved our accommodations at this Airbnb. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room is beautiful and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and clean. We had a very nice time at Tim’s Airbnb and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.
