Vacation rentals with breakfast in Contra Costa County

I would recommend SF visitors/families to stay at Raj's place. The location in Lower Pacific Heights was great. Very nice and safe street with classic Victorian homes all around. Easy and free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths worked perfectly for my family. The kitchen was full of amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine which we enjoyed each morning. In-unit washer and dryer also enabled us to pack light. The only oddity is that the backyard is used as a day-care facility, presumably operated from the garden apartment. So at times, the common/shared backyard had a bunch of toddlers and day care workers running around having fun. It didn't bother us because we were at home during the daytime so rarely, but just a heads up to anyone who plans to spend a lot of time in the house during the day.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Felt right at home…very clean, cozy, and well-stocked. The Japanese-inspired decor was one of a kind. The location was within walking distance of quaint cafes, the weekend farmers market, and great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Comfort and coziness with great design elements. Fully loaded with everything you need. Easy access to so many things around, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. The backyard patio against the wide open kitchen, living and dining rooms, felt so warm and inviting and was an unexpected plus. Highly recommended!

Carrie’s place is an excellent base to explore the Bay Area. Her home is very clean and had plenty of room for my wife and I as well as our 3 teenage girls. The home is well stocked with everything you would need. Carrie provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here and would happily stay here again! From a safe neighborhood, to a spotless home, to freshly filled hot tub, to the well-stocked towels and beddings, to welcoming gathering spaces, to the private back yard and bedrooms...not to mention all the design and personal touches that make this house feel like a home! This home is restorative and relaxing as could be. I could go on and on. Everything we needed was here. And any shopping we needed was just a block away. We hiked nearby trails about ten minutes away like the Lafayette Reservoir and Lafayette Moraga tail every day. I couldn't imagine a more perfect fit. Honestly, it was hard to leave. Thank you Amy!

Adell’s place is a work of art and Adell is a great host. Everything went great, I liked the location of the house, very clean and beautiful home. Neighborhood is also great. Would stay here again.

What a beautiful and cozy place to stay at with my family. Graham, the host, was very responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to stay here again in the future. There were so many great restaurants around which were quite walkable, fun bars close by, and even though it was raining, Graham was very dependable on locating any extra umbrellas for us. Though there were some things that seemed like they had to be fixed throughout the home, Graham was great at taking accountability as our host to make sure it is of priority for him to get to. I appreciate that accountability very much, it’s a noble trait. It was a pleasure to stay here and enjoy the chalkboard wall along with playing music on the echo dot while playing card games. We enjoyed sitting in the couch and talking while looking at the rain, such a cozy atmosphere. Graham was very accommodating since day one of staying there, as we got to the Airbnb early and were able to check in hours before 3pm.

Edith's place is a cozy cute cottage. We really enjoyed it and felt comfortable in her home. She even had kids toys, which my son loved. And, Edith is a great host and replies quickly to messages, even while on vacation. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a great stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and took the time to show us around the property, as well as some recommendations of the city which made us feel right at home. The place itself was cute, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I stay with Noel and would gladly come again. He is really responsive and helpful, he is a wonderful host. The place is simple but does the trick, it is clean and comfortable and close to Moscone Center. Will definitely be booking again!

Joe and Katrina's apartment was a good fit for the two of us. An ideal location--right on Broadway and marvelously close to Columbus with its restaurants and shops. And a manageable walk to the waterfront. Being of the third floor was a bit of a climb but then the roof was right above us and easily accessible. The living area with the kitchen right there was handy. The two bedrooms are down the hall so sound did not carry. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of impressive amenities. We weren't short of anything. The rooms are. cleverly decorated. Katrina was welcoming, informative, and responsive. We should gladly stay here again.

Cozy place that’s bigger than it appears in the photos. It’s on a beautiful and peaceful tree-lined street. The neighborhood is very walkable and some coffee places and restaurants are nearby. You can also venture a few minutes drive to two different commercial corridors. The hosts were very warm and friendly.

A cozy, quiet spot, close enough to everything, appointed and clean and fun enough to be a destination in and of itself. Three very different adults and a unique, picky 9yo all loved it. And Stephen was both helpful and hands-off when appropriate.

Everything was great! Location was close to my husbands work and April made sure everything worked out for his schedule! The place is awesome!

Our family of five loved our stay. I really felt like our family was able to get the full San Francisco experience. Her garden and back deck are private and peaceful with amazing views of the city. Jeannie was genuinely kind and warm to our family and made sure our kids had age specific games. Jeannie was extremely responsive and helped us with local recommendations that lived up to their billing.

This place is lovely. Quiet street but an easy walk to Elmwood or Rockridge. The University is not that much further. The Hideaway is a small space but fine for a single or duo. I’m 6’2” and didn’t hit my head. It was a pleasure having the common kitchen downstairs.

Xenia’s apartment was very easy to find and incredibly well located—right near all the main transportation options in the area. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is fully equipped with everything you might need, including shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. There’s also access to laundry facilities and a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could possibly need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet stay at a great price.

Great stay for business travelers. Friendly and proactive communication by host! Bedroom is a nice size and the private bath is an amenity worth having. Check in was flexible and with the easy instructions, it was quick. Room had a workspace and bed was comfortable! Thank you hosts!
