This was exactly what I needed for my visit to Naples! It was a clean, quiet townhome in a great part of town & close to everything I needed! I really appreciated my stay!

Bonita Beach Oasis

Michael was an excellent host. He was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. The quiet area is close to Bonita Springs Beach (less than 5 minutes via car!) The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in the area. Thanks, Michael, for making our vacation great!

King Studio Explore SWFL Beach, Trails & Treasures

Great value for a simple stay! We stayed in Jessy’s studio while visiting our FGCU student. Location is within a few minutes drive to several stores and shopping centers. Convenient location to the college if your preference is to stay out of high priced hotels. We don’t spend much time in lodging when visiting our student as we’re spending as much time as we can with our kid! Would be a great location for FGCU move in/out when you’re busy all day and just need a comfortable, safe place to sleep. We didn’t use any appliances or fix meals but everything was there should we have wanted to. Space is just as described - a studio created under a stilt home. Didn’t see a single bug…which if you frequent south Florida often, you know is a victory of its own. Parking is off road which is important in San Carlos as the streets are tight. We had a little extra effort getting into the parking space but this was more due to the massive size of our rental, not the property.

I highly recommend Linda's place. It was clean, quiet and just like the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked, and had many personal touches that made it feel like we were right at home. The highlight of my trip was seeing dolphins in the canal. They put on quite a show.

A deck area is complemented by several blue Adirondack chairs arranged around a circular fire pit. Lush greenery surrounds the space, with palm trees and decorative planters visible. A kayak rests beside the deck, while a shaded pergola provides a relaxing area for outdoor enjoyment.

Karen has thought of every little detail to make the time here amazing. The kitchen is stocked for a chef! The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. We discovered new beach chairs and umbrellas which made our time at the gorgeous beaches so much more enjoyable. The house is smaller but does not feel small and it is beautifully decorated, it feels positive and welcoming. The neighbourhood is dog friendly and the neighbours I met were very nice. The pool area has clean beautiful bathrooms and there is a jacuzzi spa next to the pool which is a nice feature. This home is in a nice community and is a great base to explore the beaches around Estero / Ft Myers / Sanibel / Captiva and downtown Ft Myers which has an active food scene. The area is recovering from the hurricane but this community seems fully back and redone like new. I would not hesitate to come back here!
