Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

We spent a very relaxing week in this quiet, spacious, well organized, cool house, in the forest, while not isolated! Mauro was very kind and friendly and his kindness also permeates the layout of the house, which we feel organized to please the hosts. You'll have to come back to visit this beautiful region and its treasures more.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully furnished. The garden was great and especially enjoyed the children. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super tasty fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was okay - a really great service. If we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The setting is particularly idyllic. Located in a peaceful and authentic village, we were captivated by the stunning sea views from the terrace and from the village. The house is spacious, very well equipped and clean. A small grocery store a stone's throw away from the home has everything you need to cook (including gluten-free options). Cecilia and her aunt who welcomed us were friendly and accommodating with check-in and check-out times. We would highly recommend this place and will surely come back:)

Finally an accommodation for 5 people! Two adults, a three-year-old child and 8-month-old twins. Massimiliano was available to arrange a room to host us all. We asked for the milk she gave us. The house is new and clean. Everything is tidy and extremely clean. A beautiful home. Bed in the second floor with en-suite bathroom is extremely comfortable. Great price for a six-seater home. There are restaurants nearby where you can eat well.

Nilvana personally welcomed us on the day of arrival and showed us everything in the house. The house is simply adorable. Old charm with everything that comes with a relaxing stay. We didn't have to bring anything, all the little things were in the house what you needed. House is a little remote, in the immediate vicinity are all facilities,such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Nilvana and Laura also showed us their factory and warmly welcomed us. We had a great time at Sergio's, the apartment is large and spacious, very clean! Very cool despite the low outdoor temperatures. Sergio was helpful and very kind. For the price, already great, there is also breakfast included in a nearby bar there is also included breakfast in a nearby bar!

beautiful apartment in beautiful village excellent apartment! nothing is missing, this one is arranged so that it is convenient. The bedding is of good quality, the kitchen is clean. The plus: the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. Carlotta asked us if we had arrived safely and told us that there was a small gift in the fridge:-) When we arrived, there was a tray in the kitchen with 2 cocktail glasses and cakes. What delicate attention after all its hours of driving (Ns come from Brittany, France). The village is beautiful and lively with the beach below. The area is beautiful. You can learn more by browsing the books and flyers that are available to you in the listing. And then, we met nice people too in the village. I highly recommend it.

Despite the delay in arriving, Stefania welcomed us very warmly and with a delicious wine in the fridge. She showed us the apartment and printed out many excursion recommendations. During our stay, she was always available and equipped us with herbs and spices so that we could cook in the otherwise very well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very cozy and air conditioned. The countryside is very beautiful and there are many old places worth seeing and delicious restaurants that can be reached quickly between 2 and 15 minutes drive. We loved our vacation there and will definitely book there again! Stefania and her husband are incredibly nice.

Our stay at Elena’s and Antonio’s place was so incredible that we’d like to keep this secret to ourselves. They welcomed us in person, and were generous, kind and charming. The place is soooo beautiful and comfortable. It is incredible well equipped even with little snacks, coffee and tea. It is also well located, a quick walk from multiple historic place, museums, and delicious restaurants. I can’t wait to return to Rimini one day, and hopefully stay there again.

Highly recommended house to spend a relaxing weekend with friends. Quiet farmhouse and Friedric exquisite person. Definitely worth keeping in mind for another stay!

Very nice house and a good location. The city center, the beach and the train station are a few minutes away by foot.

The house is located in an enchanting setting, in the middle of nature, with garden and forest, therefore very quiet and without traffic. Our dog had a great time enjoying ample space to run. The house has all the comforts, ideal for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and outdoor life. In the neighborhood you can walk in the woods or visit small villages. Lorena and Devis were two very helpful and discreet hosts. Absolutely to try.

Lovely house, very clean and equipped with everything you need, exactly as in the photos. Located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing surrounded by greenery. Claudia and her family welcomed us and gave us all the necessary directions to make us feel at home. Villa Lia, in addition to the possibility of enjoying the beautiful pool is close to many places of interest so perfect even if you want to take trips or visit cities.

Lovely structure in a wonderful place.

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

Fantastic house on a beautiful place! In a valley among the olive trees and grape bushes. The house is cozily divided and there is enough space to be together, or to take a break. Spacious amenities:silverware, plates, etc., and everything neatly clean. Unfortunately, we had a few days of severe weather, so it was very nice that we were regularly asked how we were doing. The pool and garden were super maintained. An English information folder would have been useful. There was ample information for people who speak Italian a little better. In addition, we found out a little late ourselves that the jacuzzi and outdoor spa could be used for an additional fee, this was a quite spacious amount for us. All in all had a wonderful week, in a beautiful house, friendly host and definitely worth recommending!
