Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Colli al Metauro

The apartment, renovated and furnished with vintage furniture of great taste, is in a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a main street. It is accessed from an independent entrance by going down two steps from the street level. The spaces are spacious and very clean; the heating is on the floor. The location is very convenient both for the historic center and for the Rimini palacongressi: you can leave the car in the parking lot for a fee and get around on foot. We also had a very good time thanks to the kindness of our guest.

Davide was very friendly, easy reachable, very clear instructions for self check in, he also lives nearby so can quickly react in case of any problems. Location is great, private parking within premises and behind fence, building with lift, apartment well equipped, kids loved netflix in all rooms. :) Hopefully we will come back again, great base for exploring Emilia Romagna and San Marino.

The location was perfect, shops and restaurants to walk to as well as markets right around the block. The place was super clean when we arrived and the check in process was very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Staying at Francesca's was perfect to explore Urbino and the surrounding region. Francesca and Marco were both very nice and helpful and we felt right at home in their little flat, including our dog. Parking was possible right outside the door, very convenient. fir us it was the perfect place!

The locations is beautiful, peaceful and scenic. The accommodation matched the description and was very comfortable. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was very welcome. The staff were lovely and it was great to be able to get breakfast as part of the arrangement or relax with a cool drink in the afternoon .

Alexandra and Fabio were excellent hosts. We were greeted by a huge tray of fruit, ice prosecco and basic necessities available. We immediately felt at home, every detail was taken care of. They prepared a cozy home, no detail taken for granted. Comfortable rooms, air conditioning in each room that can be activated individually. Very well equipped kitchen. The exterior is fantastic, so much green, sun loungers, jacuzzi...and a fireplace ready for use for grill enthusiasts. In short...to be absolutely recommended. Finally, it is worth a step to start and/or end the stay, Ristorante Capitan Italo at the nearby Porto Verde di Misano Adriatico. A round of applause!!!!

Domiziana was very courteous and helpful. They gave us great directions to the area. The house has a wonderful view. It is clean and tidy. Spacious and comfortable . We had a great time . The only downside ...the railway , but after a while you get used to it!!

Veronica’s is such a charming and comfortable place to stay, set atop a hill in large, beautiful, tranquil and private grounds with spectacular views of the sea. The interior is very spacious, well-appointed and decorated with personal furniture and works of art, immediately making you feel at home. Veronica is a super host! She was most welcoming, made every effort to ensure everything was in order, and recommended various activities and great places to eat. She really helped make our stay a memorable one. We very much hope to come back one day!

What to start from, I would start by saying first that it was a resounding experience. Danilo at the welcome immediately made us feel at home, presenting himself as a polite and handy person; it was very pleasant to exchange words with him! Moving the speech to talk about the place, I would spend one adjective, INCREDIBLE. This is because it has exceeded our expectations: Impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every accessory (without exaggerating), the outdoor area literally the icing on the cake. We stayed for 2 nights and it was enough to fully understand how much attention to detail is behind it. In conclusion, I can say that this place will remain the first choice if there will be an opportunity to return to the area for a few days and I will recommend it to anyone.

The perfect place to stay in the most quaint town of Santarcangelo. Nicola's apartment has so much rustic charm and couldn't be in a better location to enjoy the town. Added bonus of being directly above one of the most delicious restaurants in all of Romagna. Will be back for sure.

We had a really pleasant stay in Francesco's apartment. The space is large and very clean. The location is ideal, close to the center, with a bar on the corner that serves a great breakfast. Communication with Francesco was quick and effective. Highly recommended!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Really tastefully furnished apartment, comfortable spaces, very comfortable bed. The house is also equipped with those small commonly used accessories that are useful for a stay, such as staying at home. There is also a really comfortable laundry area for stays of a few days. Definitely recommended!

A highly recommended AirBnB destination in Pesaro, Italy! This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!
