Great accommodation if you want to stay in the immediate vicinity of Pesaro, reachable by car in 15 minutes. Silvia was a perfect host, very kind from booking to checkout. The place is modern, clean, equipped with every comfort.

Stef was very easy to talk to with loads of suggestions and appartement was a good location.

We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all the comforts possible. Upon our arrival we found the place perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria was also very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in a maximum of 5 minutes. Absolutely recommend and experience to repeat!!

Signora Benedetta's apartment was beyond anything we expected, her spectacular apartment is sparkling clean, very well designed, comfortable, bright, and equipped with pampering high-end furniture, accessories and amenities! The view from both balconies is breathtaking! The location is perfect due to the walkable proximity to the beautiful shoreline, promenade and great bars & restaurants, also it's less than 10 minutes by car from the marvellous historic centre of Ancona and local national parks. Signora Benedetta is a wonderful host! She was always very kind, attentive informative, and quick to respond. I cannot thank her enough for helping us out with an early check-in and a cute welcome box she'd left us. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to have the absolute best vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is bright, friendly, clean, quiet, centrally located, has everything you need, nothing superfluous and is well equipped. The bed is also particularly good - nice and big, great mattress, great! We agreed that it was one of the best accommodations we've used in Italy so far - and we've been to many.

Our stay in Fano was simply perfect, thanks to Salvatore and Rosaria, who are exceptional hosts. From the first contact, they were really communicative and helpful, always ready to help us and make us feel at home. The apartment is beautiful and we didn't want to leave anymore! It really has everything you need, it's well heated, the shower pressure is wonderful and we also really appreciated the TV with Netflix. Wi-Fi also goes super fast to work from home. It is located in a very convenient location, ideal both for reaching the historic center in 2 minutes and for being close to the sea. We can't wait to come back to try Salvatore's pizzeria right below the house. Thank you for everything!!

I have not seen many airbnb homes, like Patrizia’s before: it was immaculately clean, very tidy, equipped with absolutely everything you need! Patrizia is a very kind and flexible host, was at our disposal anytime, we definitely recommend her place to anyone who expects high standards!

Nilvana personally welcomed us on the day of arrival and showed us everything in the house. The house is simply adorable. Old charm with everything that comes with a relaxing stay. We didn't have to bring anything, all the little things were in the house what you needed. House is a little remote, in the immediate vicinity are all facilities,such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Nilvana and Laura also showed us their factory and warmly welcomed us. I needed a comfortable place to take a two-day course in Pesaro. Great apartment, very comfortable bed and perfect shower thermoregulator. I also found a bottle of water in the fridge in the room. Elisabetta has always responded promptly, through messages, to my requests for clarification.

Good location, both sea and supermarket within walking distance. Great stay, new, clean apartment with everything and above all a friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommend.

beautiful apartment in beautiful village excellent apartment! nothing is missing, this one is arranged so that it is convenient. The bedding is of good quality, the kitchen is clean. The plus: the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. Carlotta asked us if we had arrived safely and told us that there was a small gift in the fridge:-) When we arrived, there was a tray in the kitchen with 2 cocktail glasses and cakes. What delicate attention after all its hours of driving (Ns come from Brittany, France). The village is beautiful and lively with the beach below. The area is beautiful. You can learn more by browsing the books and flyers that are available to you in the listing. And then, we met nice people too in the village. I highly recommend it.

Despite the delay in arriving, Stefania welcomed us very warmly and with a delicious wine in the fridge. She showed us the apartment and printed out many excursion recommendations. During our stay, she was always available and equipped us with herbs and spices so that we could cook in the otherwise very well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very cozy and air conditioned. The countryside is very beautiful and there are many old places worth seeing and delicious restaurants that can be reached quickly between 2 and 15 minutes drive. We loved our vacation there and will definitely book there again! Stefania and her husband are incredibly nice.

A great stay in a fantastic apartment! Giacomo and his wife are very kind people and very proactive and helpful hosts. We were warmly received tips for delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment is in a very convenient location, walking distance to downtown and the sea. We also made use of the bicycles offered, so we reached the city center and/or the sea within 5 minutes. The apartment is very large and very clean! We thought the apartment was more beautiful than in the photos! We enjoyed the nice kitchen, where everything we needed was to be found. Also, the apartment has a super nice bathroom with a lovely shower. We are impressed. If we visit Pesaro again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

The small agriturismo is beautifully situated in the hills of Mondavio. Our little house was a dream, very tasteful with beautiful views of the surrounding places. It is a perfect base for biking, seeing cities or going to the sea. Roberto & Tiziana are wonderful hosts, always easily accessible, very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back anytime!!

The accomodation is very nice and clean. Close to the next Metromare station and very close to the sea. Regular busses do not run in the evening so be aware you need to take Metromare or a bike, taxi or Lime. Seaview is blocked partially by trees and /or houses, so make sure to book 3rd floor room when you want to enjoy the view. Little kiosque-supermarket is directly below the house to get beverages and such. Really nice host!!

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

Elisa's is an oasis of peace for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Beautiful view, warm welcome. Lost in the countryside, although the place is only about ten minutes away by car (indispensable) from the magnificent Urbino. At the owner's discretion, there is no wifi (for those who cannot skip the network, you can still get 4G), and the rooms are not air-conditioned (but Elisa has large fans). Small but well-maintained pool and located in a location from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. In short, rustic and comfort side by side. We'll be back.
