I am from Vero Beach and there are some not so nice areas. Thos home was located in a beautiful area. The host was very responsive and helped with us lowering the crib for my daughter. There is not a smart t.v but that was okay for me because we had a playstation to stream. The house was beyond perfect and exceeded all expectations. I will surely be booking again in the future.

Place was very quiet and peaceful. We got some great sleep and the place is very private.

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

Drake was a great host.!! He was helpful & friendly. He is quick to answer any questions you may have. The house is situated in a nice quiet easy to find neighborhood and is very relaxing. The pool is clear and refreshing. Pool also stays very clean thanks to the surrounding protective screens. This also makes the pool a bug free zone.!! Thank you Drake.!!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

We really enjoyed our time here! It was a great place to stay with our kids with the giant back yard! We felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. The A/C quit working and Chris had someone there to replace the unit ASAP!

Great place, definitely would go back if we go to Florida

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Great communication skills

Tanya's place was quaint and homey! Lots of outdoor plants and a sweet friendly cat that hangs out outside

Cute and quiet stay. Perfect place for two people. Very peaceful with a beautiful little lake behind property. About 25 minutes to Universal and to Disney World. We will definitely be booking this place again

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Quelle vue incroyable! C’était merveilleux de se réveiller avec le lever du soleil sur la mer et d’être si près de la plage. Nous avons adoré l’appartement, tout était propre et nous avions vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin. C’était bien d’avoir accès à un garage, et à des chaises de plage, parasol, jouets, etc. Les meubles ont été changés depuis les photos et nous avons bien aimé la décoration style bord de mer! L’emplacement était bien, dans un quartier tranquille, même si les services (épiceries, restaurants) étaient un peu loins. Bref, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour!

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

El lugar ,súper cómodo muy accesible para hacer distintas actividades.Reservamos desde la Patagonia Argentina y fue todo tal cual lo descripto, somos una familia de 5 integrantes y realmente nos sentimos como en casa!

Impeccable stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Clean, very well located, beautiful view (lake and pool), free package delivery, and good parking (free). There are shops and restaurants within 100 meters. I definitely recommend it. Thanks, Ricardo!

El alojamiento es espectacular y totalmente dotado de todo lo necesario para estar muy bien, es tranquilo, limpio y cómodo. Hay supermercados cerca y los parques también están cerca.
