House vacation rentals in Cocoa

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

Such a great experience for our first time in Cocoa Beach Florida! The house really made the trip, it wouldn’t have been the same anywhere else!

We had an awesome week at Ken’s house. The pool is huge and was such a hit with our kids. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, too. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the street, plus we got to see 2 rocket launches from the beach during our stay! The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool table. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation, especially because of the amazing pool. Highly recommend.

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

Absolutely beautiful home! LOTS of space for a large family, or friends group. Gated yard, with lots of privacy. Cute pond in the front yard, occupied by fish of course! Host was very responsive and polite when contacted. Will be staying here again!! Highly recommend, 5 stars!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Great place to stay! The decor inside was beautiful, love the nautical/beach theme. The pool was immaculately kept and super refreshing in the afternoon. Lyndsey is super quick to respond to any questions too. We would definitely stay again!

The house is great. This is a great time and I would suggest a lot of my friends to come to this house because it has a pool, a hot tub and everything that you need to have fun and have a good time. And the host Jennifer is very well at communicating and she knows how to text back quickly. I will be suggesting this house to others.

We were happy staying and are planning to book again. Everything was clean and comfortable inside the house and no more than 10 minutes from anything we needed. The backyard was well maintained and so nice to have with our dogs, who were comfortable as well.

The home was absolutely lovely—beautifully decorated, clean, and it smelled amazing (I even had to take a picture of whatever scent you used so I can get some for my own place!). The “In Case You Forgot” box was such a thoughtful touch and actually came in handy, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and welcoming place to stay!

The house was exactly as advertised, and our kiddo had a blast with the air hockey table and all of the other games. The bathrooms were clean and the bathtub was great to relax in. Lianne reached out and made some local recommendations which were fitting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to check them out. I definitely recommend this stay, and host for anyone visiting the area.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

This was an amazing stay-cation for me and my family, we had an awesome time, we spent most of the time in the pool which was fantastic. Tha place was very clean and just as described on Nick's property. Great restaurants just few minutes away from it. Great place!!!!

Susan was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. We rented this house very last minute when we had plumbing issues at our own house. Josh responded to our booking request within minutes. We had an AC issue on the 2nd night and Josh responded right away and came over to fix it. The house was very clean, quiet and simple. We were comfortable. We have family from out of state that comes to the area often and we will recommend this house for future visits.

Stella's place was beautiful, the pool was an added plus for all of us, kids didn't have time to whine. always busy! great place to stay if you want to relax and just enjoy

Had a great stay at this air bnb. Communication was clear and checking in was easy. I particularly enjoyed how close the house was to the beach. The hosts even provided beach chairs and other beach equipment for our use. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I had a great time at Sean and Jen's Casita. It was quiet and relaxing and we enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and balcony. The Casita was extremely comfortable and the location is central to a bunch of great activities (Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, walking distance to the ocean, etc). Sean and Jen were super friendly and helpful. If we needed anything, they responded quickly. Sean even let us know about a rocket launch that was happening one night and offered tips for watching it which we appreciated.

The most hospitable hosts we have ever experienced! Extra accommodating and proactive. The house was just as described-and clean! Definitely coming back!
