I had a great stay at Spiceda and Joey’s home in Atlanta! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta!

Great stay, would definitely stay again. The townhome is beautiful and was perfect for our family get-together - spacious, well decorated, and a great kitchen/pantry. Each room having an en suite bathroom was clutch. Very nice community and convenient location for everything we wanted to do.

Our stay at Laura's was phenomenal. The location was exactly what we wanted, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but plenty to do. The Krog Street Market and the Beltline were very convenient, actually within walking distance. The historic MLK district was also a short walk away and was very moving as was the service at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Laura's space was extremely comfortable and she was sensitive to requests of not using harsh chemicals. Laura was very proactive and punctual with responses to our questions before we arrived. If we return to Atlanta, we hope to stay at this place again.

Exceeded my expectations! Everything about it was lovely. Two car garage. Two nice bedrooms both with baths. Multiple porches, I'm an outdoors girl and it was a rainy weekend, so all the porches enabled us to sit outside and see the going ons.. without getting wet. Just lovely. My grownup kids said over and over what a perfect location and what a nice place it was.... this momma did good!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! I was hoping to keep this as my little secret but that wouldn't be fair to them. Great property, great location, awesome hosts...it was the perfect stay. Thank you for the lovely experience!

I loved Donna’s place it was perfect for what we needed. The master bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up and check out.

My fiance and I loved staying here! Place was cozy and quiet. We really felt like we could relax and enjoy ourselves here. There were even extra towels and snacks provided. Would absolutely stay here again ☺️

Our team stayed a long time in the house and it was great. Place is very comfortable and has everything whart you need for a long stay. CharRhonda was very helpul.

The home was clean and had everything you need to make you feel right at home. The parking was a bit confusing, there is no overnight street parking so you have to park behind the house. It was dark and difficult to find the entrance to the backstreet where parking is and even harder to see the numbers on the pillars to make sure you park in the correct spot. The host was very response and accessible to us at all times.

Ms. Zann was super helpful & responsive. I was able to extend my stay with no issues. Home was clean, check-in was a breeze, my dog was comfortable there, overall 10/10 experience. THANK U MS. ZANN❤️

Had an issue with plumbing and the host hired an emergency plumber came out less than an hour and this was like 8-9pm. Accommodate my family very short notice since the original Airbnb I rented was a hole in the wall rental. Thank you very much. I will definitely rent here again for our next family event. Side Note: Neighborhood looks are very deceiving as the area was peaceful and quiet.

This was a very comfortable stay for my partner and I. Aja was more than respectful and very helpful to us. Her home was very close to everything. The space very clean and Aja was quick with responses whenever we needed anything. I would recommend anyone to stay here and I would visit again. Thanks again, Aja!

Everything at Timothy’s place was great. He is a great host and communicates really well. Really enjoyed my stay. Look forward to booking with here again.

My mom and I visited my brother who lives in Lilburn and Helen’s place was a nice little gem! Instructions were clear, the place was spotless, communication was great and we (mostly my plant-loving mother) enjoyed the garden/plant themed decor. As described in the listing the place is a duplex but it felt very private to us. We also loved how sunny the rooms would get in the morning. Thanks Helen for a nice stay!

We try to get this place every time we come to Atlanta, which is often, to see our nearby daughters and grandson. Great place. Convenient to so much in metro Atlanta. Andy is always responsive, helpful and flexible. And bonus is to be able to ride the equipped bikes on the nearby greenbelts! We'll be back for sure. Has gone up in price somewhat relative to other similar nearby properties.

Iris was so amazing and beyond thankful we had her for our first airbnb experience. She was friendly, responsive and made sure to check in incase we may have needed something. The house was clean and perfect for myself and my three children.

Cant say enough about Helen’s communication and flexibility when traveling with family coming from different locations and different times. The place fit all seven of us perfectly and we made so many new memories esp with the park, gardens and our fav the Nook restaurant right around the corner. Thank you Helen, we esp loved all of the pottery!

The home looks like the photos. Easy clear instructions on how to find the home and get inside. I loved that we could use the garage. I felt safe. The home was beautiful! I didn’t have one complaint except the STAIRS lol, but that’s expected for a townhome. The host was great and attentive. Can’t wait to book again for my next small event.
