Guesthouse vacation rentals in Chatsworth, Los Angeles

We were attending a graduation at Cal Arts, so the location was close by and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Everything was as described in the listing. We did have a mechanical issue with the spa, but George took care of it and we were not inconvenience at all. We really appreciate the owner's quick response and attention. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

Very convenient for my visit to my child at UCLA. About 8 minutes with no traffic or 15 with traffic.

Julia was an above and beyond host, making us feel welcome at all times. The place was wonderful: well-prepared kitchen, great natural lighting, comfortable beds, ample and comfortable. ACs on every room were a big plus during the SoCal heat! Plus a cute small patio in the back. We felt right at home and would love to be back. Location is also unparalleled--Altadena is truly beautiful

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

I stayed at Debbie and Mike's guest home for almost a week to visit family and friends nearby. Their home was well-appointed from the kitchen to the basket of amenities in the bathroom, and was the perfect space to relax after being out all day. I would absolutely stay at their home again in the future!

What a beautiful, restful, spacious guest house Maureen & her husband have created! Lovely amenities, lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed!!!! We slept so well!!! The instructions were detailed and helpful, and we felt right at home, coming and going as needed. We highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic hosts who were proactive, made us feel at home, and were very generous—stocked kitchen upon arrival and they let us borrow boogie boards and beach toys. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach or Main St or Abbott Kinney.

Great stay, great price, great host, would stay again

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay at Pablo's house, which was not only beautiful but also felt like home. The house was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom, and its cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a couple. The neighborhood was very safe, with no parking issues, and the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. We're grateful they shared their lovely home with us.

Comfortable, charming little bungalow near to Universal. Good value. We enjoyed walking down to a terrific little diner for breakfast, 1/3 mile away. Other guests might want to know that streets are curvy, narrow and a bit steep in places. We loved walking around and getting to see the homes and neighborhood. Hollywood sign is clearly visible on one of the roads leading to the home. The stairs were a little tricky for some oversize luggage, we were hauling around, but if we’ve had time, we would’ve loved to hang out on the pretty deck.

This place is amazing! Clean and cozy, with an immaculate patio area for unwinding. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and clubs, but far enough away that we couldn’t hear the sounds of nightlife. Its central location also made it easy to ride share to many different LA hotspots. Lauren is also a fantastic host. She was always available, accommodating, and a genuinely wonderful human being. We highly recommend!

The casita was perfect for our family of four for the long weekend in Simi Valley! It was clean, comfortable, and private. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We appreciated how welcoming they were. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

This is a beautiful home and the perfect place for a short or long stay. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely try to find this place again. I absolutely loved it!

Oleg and Marina were very welcoming and made helpful adjustments for my late lcheck-in and check-out! The place itself was very clean, quiet and peaceful and the neighborhood is epic . Various supermarkets are close by and the fact that it didn’t have a washer & dryer was no big deal at all as they directed me to laundromats near by. Since losing my home in the Palisades fires - this was a comforting temporary home in beautiful Santa Monica. Thank you!

Stayed here for a weekend to see a concert out in Hollywood, great place to stay and a short drive to all the tourist points. Place was well stocked, shower was lightly stocked with only shampoo and conditioner but i always pack travel sized ones so that wasn’t an issue for any of us. Loved the sun room, would definitely stay here again!

Great spot to stay, easy to get to and from LAX. Very quiet and peaceful and excellently appointed. We loved the hot tub and private garden space. Franco and Iris were very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love Norma's guest house. It is very nice and clean. Also, you feel very welcomed when you arrive and the place is pretty safe in LA. The surrounding area is amazing, lots of food and shopping areas. We feel home during our stay. Norma is so friendly and nice. She gives us lots of tips on shopping and restaurants! We will definitely come back again in the future!! Highly recommend place!

The place was wonderful. The guest house was nicely decorated and comfortable and the steam shower was amazing! The outdoor area with pool and garden was so beautiful and more than we expected. Daniel was very friendly and helpful and kind. This space provided us a wonderful, peaceful place to relax and rest. We will definitely come back if we’re in the area. One of my favorite airbnb spots! A special gem.

Bertha is an amazing host and a joy to be around. She is also very responsive and friendly. Her place is one of the best properties I have stayed in. It was peaceful, clean, and felt like home. There is a grocery store within walking distance. I would definitely stay with Bertha again.
