Our 3 month stay at Marilyn's was fantastic! It truly felt like a home away from home. Her responsiveness and the amenities provided were outstanding. Her house was very clean. There were plenty of toys for our 2 year old to play with, which is an added bonus for families. We would definitely stay here again!

From beginning to end, this trip wouldn't have been as special without staying here. Felt right at home, Andrea was an amazing host! Everything super organized and easy to navigate, they have a whole binder with recommendations and things to do. The backyard is BEAUTIFUL, the hot-tub was refreshing! I stayed in the room with the sliding door to the back and the sunrise every morning was breath-taking! When I return to Denver, I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!

Rob’s airbnb was clean, looked just like the pictures, and was perfect for our group of 5. Close to downtown in a great neighborhood. the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Would highly recommend staying here.

I’d recommend this place to anyone! It was a great value for how much space there was. Hot tub was perfect and the beds were comfortable!

Girls weekend was a success! The house was very cozy. We had enough space for all of us to hang out and not feel crammed. Everything was clean and in working order. The Hot tub was wonderful to be able to unwind. The back yard was a nice size and private. Even though your in the city the neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed this stay so much and will be returning for our next get together as it worked so nicely. Oh and added bonus one of the best places to eat, Cinzzetti’s, is a very short walk..

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

Berenice and Jesé’s place was comfortable and well-furnished. The yard was a great hangout spot and there are a lot of cute restaurants and a wonderful park with trails, bike paths and a river close by. It was an ideal spot for us! We had a great time!

we had an incredible stay. lindsay & dane are such lovely hosts, and benni too. they were communicative & accommodating and just all around pleasant people. any message i sent was responded to within 5 mins, even our request to play with benni one morning. the Airbnb itself was perfect for our group of 3, didn’t feel too small & was very cozy especially after heavy rains. exploring the area was fun too, the Airbnb is just down the street from an area full of restaurants & shops. all in all, our stay here was 10/10

Accomodation was as advertised, kitchen stocked with necessities including coffee :) thanks for that. Grocery store close by, also close to several bus routes (with interruptions by current construction on Colfax Ave). Walkable restaurants and parks. Quiet suburban neighbourhood. Not terribly close to downtown but reasonably priced and would be easy access to downtown and highways for someone who has a car.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. Great great spot for what we needed; a space to regroup after moving out of our nearby home and on to the next thing. We loved the separate entrance to the space, the easy-to-find blue picket fence, the parking options, the washer and dryer and also the 2 bedrooms. We are very tall, so often anything smaller than a single king bed is tight for us to sleep together - so it was nice to sleep in separate rooms with the doors open! The kitchen/living area is so cute, well furnished without being overstimulating and everything we needed was right there. I work from my laptop and the dining table was perfect for that with my portable second screen. Overall, excellent spot.

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

Brandon’s place was exactly what I needed for my trip! His home is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and a just a short drive to connect to the highway. I was able to go to a concert at Red Rocks, hike at RMNP, and visit nearby trails in Boulder. Would definitely recommend!

This place was exactly as listed! The large windows letting in so much natural light was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with soap / shampoo / conditioner. Kitchen was also very clean and had a nice array of spices to use. We loved the large balcony and we hope to use the grill the next time we are there. We were in Denver for an event at Mile High Stadium and this was the perfect location to walk over to the stadium - and could leave the car in the garage so we knew it was safe! Check in was very easy and the host provides all information you need. The only con to this place was the noise from the highway, which is stated in the listing and expected when being off the highway. The second bedroom has less road noise though so if there is a light sleeper I would pick that room. With that being said the road noise was not very bad. We would love to stay here again.

My husband and I had a great three-month stay at Ling’s home! Ling and Nicholl were very friendly and responsive hosts. The internet worked well for both of us to be on video calls throughout the day as we both work remotely. We are runners, and the neighborhood is safe for jogging. The bed is comfy. Quick drive to grocery stores. We recommend this home.

Erin's spot is in a great area with lots to do. it was the perfect launching off point for all adventures. we walked almost everywhere we wanted to be. it's a busy hood with the noise you'd expect from a city, but nothing too bad!

Clean, comfortable and attractive ground floor property in a good location for restaurants, shopping and concerts. It is near I-25. Greg was very pleasant to deal with and communicated quickly and efficiently. I already have the property reserved for a bit later in May.

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

Enjoyed our second stay at Jenny’s place. Very clean and comfortable with amenities including children’s kitchen flatware and toys. The bathroom has different toiletries including a hair dryer. The beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. Jenny communicates well and will take good care of you.
