Great place to stay to visit the area. The tiny house experience was neat. We would definitely stay again.

I only have good things to say about this place! I worked with Margo (the co-host) on having our engagement photoshoot and she was very friendly and nice about the whole thing! Unfortunately, my fiancé and I weren't able to sleep overnight, however, we loved the place so much that we are so so excited to come back and fully enjoy every ounce of relaxation that this place offers! The hosts were so thoughtful that they even left 4 dog bowls for our 4 dogs SHOULD we have decided to bring them :) we ended up not bringing any, but the thoughtful touch & ease of working with them about the pets and shoot was one of the nicest and easiest I've experienced yet. One small heads up about the eco shared bathroom! It didn't bother us at all, but it seems to literally be a hole deeeep down in the ground with ground limestone (I think) powder to pour into it to cover after yourself. Honestly, I prefer that over any portopotty ever lol. It was SUPER clean. No complaints! Just different:) very eco:)

James was very helpful and responsive to my questions! The home is adorable and right on the water. Walking distance to kayaks and paddle boards. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

It was such a beautiful place to stay! The host was wonderful and always kept us updated on changes . The home had everything we needed and perfectly matched the description. We felt right at home our entire stay!

This cottage was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning wildflowers and scenery. The bed was super comfortable, and the short distance to Lake James made it even more perfect. We loved cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoyed breakfast outside on the deck patio. The grill was a great bonus for evening meals. Our host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. Highly recommend!"

This cabin is a little wonder in the middle of NC forest! We loved our overnight get away. Everything was clean and just as described and pictured! Thomas had a prebuilt fire ready to go which was extremely appreciated after a long car ride. Our kiddos thought the space was super cool and enjoyed exploring around the property. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking for peace, tranquility, and a little bit of luxury out in the wilderness. :)

Absolutely beautiful tiny house with the perfect set up! Did not feel tiny at all! It had anything and everything you could think of for a relaxing get away! The deck had an amazing view of the lake! We set out and watched the ducks with their babies crossing the lake! There's plenty to do!! We will be coming back here again!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! Definitely the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at! From check in to check out, everything was excellent. Carie Ann was the very best hostess. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was amazing!!!! Excellent job Carie Ann & Fred!!!!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakehouse. The home was peaceful and had amazing views inside and out. We had such a great time relaxing on the deck, swimming, fishing, and exploring the local area. The host was kind and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

We had a long road trip planned to North Carolina, and of the places we stayed, this was our favorite! It was very cozy and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

This tiny home was such an amazing stay, it was very clean, comfortable and inviting. My husband and I were able to use the Kayaks and go fishing all morning. Really great little tiny house community with so much to do on the property. We really enjoyed every bit of it!

We loved our stay at Trails End cabin. Was in town for the lake james 5k, and the home was walkable to the Fonta Flora brewery via the trails that leads to the Overmountain Victory trail in the backyard.... huge bonus and why I picked this home! Very private and my dogs loved wandering in the yard where we could feel that we're safe. Will definitely be back again!

Very nice place to get away from it all, very private

This was a great little place to stay for a short stay. I will say, the place looks bigger than it actually is. There wasn't a dryer as mentioned or hair dryer. however it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't bring more than 2 people here. Between having a 2 suitcases and 2 people, there wasn't much space. Again, its more of a short term stay for 2 minimalist people. Overall, it was a great place and great experience. The views were beautiful, the firepit/grill was big and lots of outdoor seating. private from other houses and very peaceful.

Amazing location, beautiful views, almost don’t want to share this spot so it stays a hidden treasure :) the place is tiny and cute and has everything you need for glamping. I’m already planning my next trip back!

What a great place. Cabin was easy to find on a very quiet road. It was a very peaceful and relaxing location. The creek is beautiful. Jacob was quick to respond to any questions and he was very helpful and informative. I’m looking for to staying here again.

George's "Shedquarters" was absolutely perfect! Even better than described, it was peaceful, cozy, and easy to access. It was EXTREMELY clean which is the most important for me but second to that was the bed was super comfortable!! We had a long weekend in NC constantly packed with driving or walking for the time we were there, but when we finally got to our tiny little space it so so easy to get comfy! George was incredibly friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thank you so much! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
