I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was perfect for me while I was in town for work, and William was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone, and definitely would love to stay here again in the future!

We had such a wondering stay. From the moment we arrived we loved how the apartment was decorated and well-stocked. It’s in such a peaceful location and was lovely waking up to the gorgeous view every moment. Plus, the hosts are so sweet and accommodating. Would rate higher than 5 stars if we could!

We had a very nice last-minute stay here. Diane is a very responsive host. The location is great, and even though there is no full kitchen( which we were aware of), we made it work. The hot plate, convection oven, and full fridge worked out fine for us for a few days. We spent the days fishing off the pier, kayaking, and just being outside. There are board games, beach toys, kayaks, a cooler, chairs, and a fire pit to enjoy. The beds were a little too firm for our liking and a little noisy when you moved around, but they did not take away from our overall stay. Thank you!

My stay at Jennys place was perfect. The apartment is clean and cozy with everything you need. The location was ideal for me visiting family in town, very centrally located. I appreciated the light by the road to help me find the driveway as I came in late every evening. Super helpful! I could hear the host and family above the apartment but it was not excessive and never bothered me. As a solo traveler it was actually comforting to know I wasn’t completely alone and someone was close if I needed something. The apartment is decorated nicely and even has some local artwork. The kitchenette has everything needed for simple meals and coffee. The bed sheets were the cherry on top. The softest I’ve ever experienced, I loved them so much that I intended to look for a tag so I can buy some but forgot! All in all I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely book again next time I visit Lenoir.

Carla was a very thoughtful host. There were snacks, bottled water, coffee and teas with honey, even half and half for the coffee. She provided firewood and skewers for roasting marshmallows. She helped us find the best restaurants with great local recommendations. We even met her dog when we first got there so that everyone was on good terms (no barking, etc.) It's was very easy to have a relaxing weekend at her place.

Great place to stay on the lake! We were greeted by 2 extremely welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. The place was lovely inside and out and was equipped with tons to do and see! Highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay! Access was easy, accommodations were very spacious and the bed was super comfortable! We had everything we needed. Also, good restaurants within a 5 min drive

Chad's lakeside getaway was perfect! It had everything we needed, a beautiful view and lovely sitting areas inside and out. Chad was very responsive before and during our stay and provided us with things to do in the area and local restaurant recommendations. It was an easy drive from Charlotte and had lots of nice towns around it to visit. We would definitely stay at Chad's again when in the area!

This apartment in a beautiful, historic home was just what we needed for a night. Carla and Patrick were flexible with check in time. Restaurants and shops were just a block away. A great stay!

DeeDee’s spot is beautiful. Very peaceful. We enjoyed our second trip there. We were rained in most of the weekend & still had a nice time.

Beautiful place! Seems to be well taken care of. Definitely feel a peace when sitting by the lake. On negative I’d say is having the home as a dual air bnb and a residence but other than that not a single complaint!

It was the best! Christmas tree and decoration for people away from home,it was lovely!

We stayed in Charlotte for the first time and wanted a place nearby our friend. The apartment was exactly as described, and was in such a perfect, private location. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to Charlotte!

Loved our Easter wknd in Sandra’s beautiful place! We will definitely be returning soon! I have staying in numerous Airbnbs and this one is definitely one of the best! Sandra thought of everything and we needed for nothing! The lake is gorgeous and my husband and I took advantage and brought our boat. Everything about our wknd was perfect! Thank you Sandra for everything plus the yummy muffins!

The space was accurately described by James. Super easy to find with a covered carport park under. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for a shower immediately. There was a washer dryer conveniently available as we needed to use it. The refrigerator was stocked with bottle water. Overall we had a great experience at James Airbnb.

Perfect! It was clean, very comfortable bed, full fabulous kitchen, fantastic bathroom! Micheal did the extra mile with snacks, drinks, coffee, fruit, cleaning supplies, even extras for the bathroom-q-tips, razors, soap, shampoo! I really enjoyed my stay, it’s a little out of town but was perfect for me. I mean who doesn’t enjoy a perfect yard and golf course with their morning coffee?! I’m sure I’ve left something out but I would definitely book again!

I cannot say enough positive things about this home. It was spacious, clean, and had all of the conveniences. We spent every afternoon sitting out on the beautiful lawn and kayaking around the lake. The home came with all of the conveniences, and it was in a beautiful and super-convenient location. (We could get to restaurants and stores in less than 10 minutes, and our drive into Charlotte was only a half-hour). The property manager was also extremely responsive! E.g., when the outside bulb burned out, it was quickly replaced. We had two worries before arriving, and neither was an issue at all: (a) We were a little worried about staying on the first floor of someone else's home, but we couldn't even tell when the owners were home; and (b) We were a little worried that a first-floor apartment wouldn't be bright and sunny, but we couldn't have been more wrong. The home had huge windows and was bright and spacious. We would absolutely come back.

If I could give them a higher rating I would! By far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at and that is well over 30 stays! Linda and Greg were phenomenal hosts! Their place was HUGE and amazing! They thought of everything I could have possibly needed and I stayed 30 days, cooking most days, multiple times a day! The area is so peaceful and serene, in a "quasi" rural setting, yet only 10 - 20 minutes away from town where you can find all that you may need. Internet was fast, which was a must as I work from "home". As large as the place is, they made it so cozy and comfortable. This is easily the best recommendation I have made to date, you need to stay there!
