Vacation rentals with a patio in Caswell Beach

Melissa has been fabulous! The space is perfect for a Wilmington stay. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to the beach! I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

Had an awesome and peaceful stay here. We used the bikes every day and it was a 5 minute ride to the beach and all the little shops and restaurants. Everything was so clean and we had more than everything we could need here. They provided towels, beach gear, hair dryer, etc. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with amazing views! The space was exactly as pictured and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay (cooking utensils, beach gear, extra linens). Wendy was quick to answer a question we had and was kind enough to check in on us to make sure everything was well. This spot has amazing views of the ocean and sunrise and the beach was easily accessible.

She was so great with responding and answering one questions along the way. We loved where we stayed and the sweet touches she brought to the place is amazing. We will definitely will stay here again.

If you are vacationing at the North Carolina beaches, this is the best spot. Listing is exactly as described. Walking distance to beach and close to the boardwalk.

The apartment was quiet, spacious, and lovely. The bathroom was clean and we loved having a bathtub. It was so nice to have the Keurig and coffee pods. We loved the location. It was quiet and restful and just a short drive to beaches and restaurants.

This home is close to downtown and a short drive to Wrightsville beach. The backyard is enclosed which was nice for when we used the hottub! The home was very clean with plenty of towels/dishes/etc for us to use during our stay. The area was quiet at night as well. I will definitely be coming back to stay!

We had a wonderful day and James place is perfect! Close to UNCW and was perfect for our graduation weekend and celebration.

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Great place to stay. You can easily walk to some shops and coffee. Wish they had beach chairs.

We have been to Wilmington multiple times over the last 5 years because our daughter attended UNCW. Margaret's place was definitely one of our favorite stays. The bungalow style house was better than the photos. It was larger inside than we expected. The bathroom in the third bedroom toward the back of the house was fantastic. The mattress in this bedroom was extremely comfortable and we slept well. This is such an important part of any stay, and it was clear that it was considered. There was a spacious back deck which we enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend staying at her location on Wrightsville Ave.

Jim’s place was the perfect house for us for our weekend trip. The pool and the beach access were unbeatable. The space was comfortable for all 11 of us and we had no issues what so ever during our trip. Jim was great to message with, very friendly and professional, I’d highly recommend his home to anyone.

Beautiful modern house, good size for my family of 5 members. Really nice neighborhood, new, clean and peaceful. The house is equipped with all necessary amenities. I can still call it the perfect house, even tho two things bothered me, I was not able to cook home made flour tortillas for my son's (one flew from Ohio the other is in active duty in NC, we are from Texas) For some reason the stove didn't heat up high enough to cook em. Second, I have a small Shih Tzu ,he fit thru the back bar fenced, thank God I found him. Not the hostess fault, it is fenced, but not small dog approve.

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the balcony off the bedroom. I sat out there every night with a drink, and listened to the ocean and the wind. The outside light was even sufficient for reading at night.

What a great place to stay! Such a cozy condo that had everything we needed. Bed is very comfy! It was close to everything. Took us 2 minutes to walk to the beach. We forgot our beach chairs so it was awesome that they had some. It has a nice porch where you can enjoy the fresh air. Pool was nice! Denise was amazing! She was flexible with us and was understanding when my parents accidentally took the parking pass with them. I definitely recommend this place especially for the price!

The most amazing stay! My girl friends and I enjoyed a long weekend and were able to walk to all the best spots on Wrightsville beach due to the location of this Airbnb! Walking distance to most bars and restaurants (drive to Ceviches and Dockside). The beach was practically in the front yard not even a 2 min walk. The house was so clean and comfortable. The porch was one of our favorite hangout spots in the morning after the loop and in the evening with a glass of wine! Everything you could possibly need and want out a of a beach vacation home is right here!! Michelle was so communicative and answered all of my questions promptly. Will definitely be booking again for another amazing trip🩷

Great place to stay! View is beautiful looking at the river while sipping coffee on the deck. Walked everywhere we wanted to go. The river boat, shops, restaurants and local pubs. We were close to Greenfield Amphitheater and then short trip back to the flats which is decorated so cute, very stylish and Anthropologie. Cam is super accommodating! I would stay again hopefully soon!

This was my wife and I’s fourth stay at Nicole’s place, and we have had nothing short of great experiences each time. Always great with communication, and provides accommodations unlike anywhere else we have ever stayed. We look forward to this trip each year because of the host’s commitment to ensuring the stay is seamless and relaxing.
