Beach condo vacation rentals in Caswell Beach

We had a wonderful time staying in Andrew’s place and would stay again!

Absolute perfection! The condo is exquisitely decorated, incredibly well-equipped, extremely comfortable, super-clean, and on one of the most exquisite sections of coastal NC! We loved every moment - from coffee on the gorgeous balcony to walks along the tranquil shoreline - which is just steps outside the door. Our family of 4 cannot wait to return to this exceptional property, and we are so very grateful to Suzanne and Orsi for being so responsive, organized, and hospitable! Highly recommend!

As a family of three we enjoyed this airbnb. We loved that it had two restrooms and the king bed was very comfortable after a long day at the beach. We also enjoyed using the beach chairs that she provides, it saves us from having to pack one less thing. Merri replied fast if we had questions. I would recommend this airbnb.

Wendy and Jeff’s place was great for my parents and I! Most importantly, my dog loved the stay. It was clean & very close to the beach!

Location was great right near multiple beach access points and the space itself was very clean and comfortable with everything you’d want at a beach house - would definitely stay there again!

Lovely place and beautiful location. Great view of the ocean and direct beach access. It had all the amenities needed including a well stocked kitchen, a TV in every room, washer/dryer, lots of board games and books to read. The kids enjoyed the stay. I would definitely rebook when I visit Wilmington again. This condo is on the 3rd floor without elevators (this is clearly stated in the check-in intructions). It was not a problem for us but can be an issue if one has lots of heavy luggage to carry up. But hey, the view is the best from the 3rd floor so was totally worth it!

For being a last minute trip to Wrightsville beach, Matthew made it easy with his excellent communication and instructions. The place is centrally located, an easy walk to coffee, restaurants and bars. The views of the beach/ocean are perfect and the condo was very clean. If you are looking for a place to stay in Wrightsville I'd recommed staying at Matthew's place.

If you want to be steps away from the boardwalk and beach and stay at a place like home, BOOK HERE! I will keep this place bookmarked for my quick getaways.

Beautiful condo with the boardwalk in walking distance and ocean front. Loved the rooftop lounge chairs, private and quiet. Pool was clean and relaxing. Will definitely be booking again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The hosts provided a lot of helpful information up front and would have been available if we needed anything. Location was great - right on the beach, with beautiful views from the top floor. Nights can be a bit loud, but that’s just due to the surrounding area. We had a great stay!

Amy was a fantastic host who made the check-in, stay, and check-out experience seamless and easy. She gave us ideas for local restaurants that were great and her communication was fast and supportive. I would highly recommend Amy and we plan to use her for future vacation get-aways!

The location of this place is ideal if you want to be close to the water & watch the sunset! We enjoyed the convenience of its location. This unit has the cutest decor. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. We are pretty easy going when it comes to traveling. Two things we would change is the pillows on the bed & having a solid curtain option in the bedroom. Overall a good visit & would stay again!

The condo is clean and well appointed. It is a moments walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and a small carnival area for kids, yet it is peaceful and quiet.

What a great spot. the condo was very well maintained, spacious and had everything we needed. The place was clean and perfect spot for my kids to play in pool. Parking is tight and with big vehicles may have a problem, couldn’t fit pilot or tundra in it, thankfully there were extra spaces not taken in a side parking lot. Unfortunately the pier for fishing is closed, which is why we booked this place and getting down to the beach was difficult for my mother because of the large rocks but we would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at this perfect place.. If you want a quaint, nicely laid out and furnished place to stay, extremely near the beach, near entertainment, near restaurants, near the board walk that is just the right size....this is your place. They are great hosts who respond quickly. We will be back for sure. JTG

Kevin and Jordan were extremely kind!!! Any interaction we needed they responded immediately, even allowing us to have an early check-in…. We were extremely grateful!!! The home is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed time at the beach and the pool.

This place was wonderful! The condo was clean and a great amount of room for 2 people. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. The neighborhood was easy to find and quiet with only minimal noise from surrounding units. James was very responsive and so helpful with any question I had. Check in and check out were both easy and convenient. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great stay! Super responsive and accommodating for our pet and kind enough for our last minute request. Place was bigger than anticipated and it was wonderful.

This is my second time staying at this property and Amy is always super accommodating! I love this spot, it’s my go-to for Carolina Beach trips.

Great location and nice porch. We loved being able to walk to the beach! Just 3 blocks away! Park the car and just hit the sand. We also enjoyed the town’s free fireworks on Thursday. This home gave us a nice space to relax for a great price. Note: that the bunkbeds are connected to one of the bedrooms and there is only the 1 bathroom. All worked for our small family and we had a nice vacation! Book this one! You will enjoy a peaceful stay at a fantastic beach!
