The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

Let me start off by saying that my Husband and I had an absolutely AMAZING time staying at Hussain's place! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectation. The communication with Hussain was always smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and were given a tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with a Starbucks, Smoothie King, Nail Spa, and Organic food store, all nearby. In the neighborhood, there were several hiking trails. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Hussain and his property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! Charlene was the most wonderful host, going above and beyond to greet us and answer any questions we had during our stay. She provided plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area, with many restaurants and a lake conveniently nearby. I recommended this place to all of my friends and I am already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Fatemeh is very nice and respectful.Fatemeh and her husband are very accommodating. her husband is a very nice and well spoken gentleman talked to him a couple times . highly recommend staying here . recommend going to HighTopps restaurant ask for Jamie she is awesome.Marias carry out pizza is also right down the road it's delicious will definitely try to stay here again if I'm back in this area

Nice spacious apartment with wonderful light coming in though huge windows. Centrally located in walking distance from convention center and many restaurants. Large double bed and sofa area and 2 tvs, kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Airconditioner is noisy, so good to be here in a not too hot season.

Stayed for a night with my partner for a wedding. Easy in and out. Debra-Lynn was very responsive and helpful after we forgot a book at the apartment.

New subdivision . Neat and ɛlean. Hist wɔs alsi very reaponsive. Great place to stay.

Judy was an excellent host and the place was great ! Walking distance to everything .No matter what time you need to speak Judy she was available .This is a great condo with a spectacular view .10/10

Staying at Melissa's place was a GREAT experience! I booked it a full 12 months in advance of UMD graduation so I could find a home away from home for my large family. It was perfect! The house is insanely clean and we appreciated the no-shoe policy. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and we even used the crockpot! Having 2 kitchens made dinners so easy and the extra fridge was more important than I realized it would be (as was the wine cooler :) Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. The yard was so nice so we took some grad photos outside. I wish we could have enjoyed the firepit but we had 3 days of rain. The location is super close to a great restaurant (El Aguila, get the large margarita!). The house is about 20 mins to College Park, away from crowds and easy to travel back and forth and in a peaceful neighborhood. I've stayed in 11 BnB's and this was, by far, the very best! Don't hesitate to book!

My partner and I stayed here at the end of my visit to MD. The area was beautiful with a lot of trees around and a peaceful neighborhood. The inside of the apartment looked even better than the photos, it felt very much like our own space. Every room was extremely clean, to the bedroom, the bathroom, to the living room. We appreciate that a microwave and mini fridge was provided and I would also suggest other guests bring paper plates and plastic cutlery for their stay. The neighbors do have a small child so things can get noisy but it was never too much of an issue, and was never late into the evening. Sherri was extremely responsive and kind, truly a pleasure to communicate with. My partner and I enjoyed our stay here and absolutely look forward to future stays.

Communication with Andrew was efficient and easy. The Home was in Great condition and very comfortable. The kitchen, living and dining was excellent. Everyone slept well and the addition of the basement and exercise room was beneficial to all. The extra refrigerator made stocking great and the Peace and Quiet we had was Awesome. Thank you Andrew for providing some much appreciated and needed rest and relaxation.

3 of my employees and I stayed for 2 weeks at Margret’s place and absolutely loved it. The home sits on 2-1/2 acres with a beautiful stream running in the back yard. Amazing outdoor furniture and firepit make for a great way unwind after a long day. Margret and Joe are really friendly and made us feel right at home. We would definitely want to stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s place. It was a peaceful home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to help us relax after long days visiting the surrounding cities. Clean and tidy with a great hot tub and sauna! I recommend the hammock under the tree!

Cory's home was perfect for our Thanksgiving. We look forward to future family gatherings and making Cory's home ours again.

This place was great! We stayed for a night to visit family and we felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. I loved how most drawers etc had labels so it was easy to find things. They were also great about leaving notes everywhere explaining things about the house. You’ll be pleased if you stay.
