Vacation rentals with beach access in Cardiff, Encinitas

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Mary and Tony were amazing and attentive hosts and you can’t beat the location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches in every direction. We were there over New Years Eve and on top of a little welcome basket, they provided us with New Years hats and noise makers for the festivities. Very thoughtful. We were traveling with our 11 month old and I was very grateful that the they had a pack n play and baby tub (they only have a shower at the Airbnb, so baby tub was a necessity!). The stairs up to the Airbnb are steep, but they do have a baby gate. I didn’t really trust the gate, so kept my little one away from that area altogether (I would maybe recommend a gate that bolts into the wall for better security). We had everything we needed there and felt very much at home. We will definitely stay there when we come back. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mary and Tony!!! :)

Great location on boardwalk with nice side patio to enjoy the beach. Well stocked and had everything needed plus extras for the beach. Proactive and responsive host. Exceeded expectations. Will stay again.

Super clean, plenty of towels for our large family of 6! The beach is literally your front yard. We can’t wait to come back & visit! So much to do with in walking distance.

Joshua's home in Ocean Beach was terrific, and the location was perfect. It was a block from the beach and two blocks from Main Street. There were many restaurants and activities to choose from while we were there. Joshua was the best host we have ever had in terms of responsiveness. He got right back to us with every question or restaurant recommendation and never led us astray! The home was comfy and welcoming, and the outdoor space was fabulous. The neighborhood was quiet, and the town had a bohemian charm. If you are staying in San Diego, you should consider this wonderful home for your stay.

This Air BnB is great. The space was well maintained and beautiful, you can walk out the door to the beach. The area was safe with plenty of places to go eat and drink. The rooms were very spacious and the place was generously stocked from blankets and towels to cooking pots/pans and utensils. It was great having a full size washer and dryer as well. Spacious and private garage, which is a rarity in this part of the neighborhood!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Outstanding property with excellent location for all activities and needs. Especially for exercise. Quite close to shops, restaurants and important recreation.

Rachel’s place was so great! There was 5 of us with pets and it was absolutely perfect. We had so much fun walking the dogs and exploring each day. The location was close to everything and we found some new favorite places. Also she was very flexible with checking in and responded immediately when I wanted to extend our stay!

Great house! Nothing beats the location. We took our toddler and pup for a quick getaway and they loved it. 3 minute walk from the beautiful beach and closer to the Carlsbad village. Clarissa was a GREAT host. So friendly and responsive. The house has everything you need and want out of a beach house. The house is so charming and beautiful… we will definitely stay here again!!!

We loved our stay here! This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view and great ambience. Bart and Debra have this decorated so well. It has such a comfy, beachy vibe. North Coast Village is fabulous! The landscaping feels like you are in an oasis! It is so clean and the security and tranquility is top notch! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Maria was always available when I needed to speak to speak to her. She is a warm and professional person. The place was just beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was easy. The ocean view was magical.The place was quiet and restful. We are coming back in May for my birthday. I can’t wait to return. It is the ideal spot to vacation. I would recommend anyone to schedule a vacation with Maria.

We ended up at Dalma's last minute after the first place we checked into turned out to be right on the coast highway and was super noisy. Dalms was awesome. it was by far the best Airbnb or VRBo experience we have had. We were able to check in early which was great since we had to check out of our other place. We got a couple of great recommendations for lunch. The unit itself is in great shape and in a fantastic location. One block and down the stairs and we were right on the strand. We walked to lunch and dinner everyday. Bed was super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. We used the beach chairs which was great to have. Having coffee provided along a bottle of wine and lots of other touches was a great experience. We also were allowed to check out late as we had a later flight out of LAX. And finally it was a great value! we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Sea Breeze! The studio was perfect..location, size and all the comforts of home. The Sea Breeze staff & service is exceptional..timely, efficient, kind & available. The sunsets & ocean are the best entertainment you can find. This Carlsbad Village has good restaurants, shops & outdoor toy rentals all within walking distance. I definitely plan to return.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

Justin and Deborah's place was amazing! It's a great two-bedroom condo and was exactly as described. The location could not be better, I could fall asleep listening to the waves outside. It's conveniently within walking and driving distance to almost everything. They communicated immediately for the only thing we needed, offered us restaurant suggestions, and were just incredibly responsive and kind. It was an amazing trip!
