Super cute, wow! Walked in and just thought wow! Such a cute place to stay. We loved it!

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

The place was beautiful! It was nice and clean and the view was spectacular! The management company was great as well. There were a couple of very minor issues like the front door was a bit tricky to open and we did notice the smoke detector in the hallway had been removed and placed in a drawer and a light bulb was missing in the primary bedroom. We called to have both fixed and left the smoke detector on the kitchen island, but when we got back, it was still on the counter. To be fair we had originally said it was in one of the kitchen drawers, but we decided to leave it on the counter so it would be easier to to find. Well the maintenance person said he couldn't find it so it didn't get replaced while we were out. The lightbulb, however did. This in no way took away from our trip. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is contemplating a stay here. It is a very well appointed, super cute place and you cannot beat the view. We would definitely rent this place again.

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Howard!

Carlas place was in the perfect location! Close to coffee shops, wineries and restaurants. Carla was responsive and kind. Would stay here again!

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

We loved staying in Claire's condo as a family. It was such a lovely relaxing location within easy walking distance to the beach and local café and shops, plus the bonus of a pool - which our kids loved as well! Claire was a great host and we look forward to future trips where we can stay in this condo.

The unit was very comfortable. Great bed, great shower and full kitchen equipment. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and orange trees. Very peaceful. Would stay here again.

This was a perfect stay for my Girlfriend's Birthday. It was perfectly positioned between things to do in inner Santa Cruz and Capitola. There was also a beach called Black's beach about a 5min walk from us. There is a good little breakfast spot within a 2-4min walk down the street too! Everything was clean, host was communicative, my girlfriend loved the kitchenette, had a very comfy couch, an extra little touch for our stay, and over all a great experience!

I stayed in this place for four months and overall I enjoyed my stay. Calm and peaceful neighborhood and neighbors, kitchen was well equipped, lots of space.

We had to temporarily stay here for a few days while our house was getting renovated. Don was quick to respond and accommodate us. The apartment was generally clean, the parking spot was convenient. The kitchen and bathroom could have more supplies for e.g. more towels, dish scrub, definitely more utensils, and spoons etc. I have to appreciate the host for also allowing us to check-early at the last minute.

Beautiful place - we had the best time. Clean place. Walked to the beach every day and ate the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again !

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

We came to Aptos to celebrate our anniversary. Our trip was fantastic - we loved Anthony's place. It had everything we needed to have a truly memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

Easy check in. I enjoyed the ability to cook in the kitchen and even have some of the essentials already in the cabinets. Bed is very comfy. The flowers around the house make the place smell wonderful!

Natalie made our family feel SO at home for my sisters wedding. Her friendly communication was over the top, and we even were greeted with a little gift basket which was so thoughtful. It was a great stay, and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Kathleen's place for Thanksgiving, just after some torrential storms. The weather, however, was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (saltwater--a pleasant surprise!). The beach was really great; our girls really enjoyed hunting for sea glass. Our older one discovered some old glass that dated back to pre-WWII and had trace amounts of uranium in it (it glows bright green under UV light). After that, looking for sea glass was all they wanted to do.... I don't know if all Seascape units are as nicely appointed, but this one was clean, modern, and comfortable. I can't recall if it is in the description, but it has a nice collection of puzzles and board games.
