Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cape Carbonara

Michele and his wife are two wonderful and very kind people!! He went out of his way to find us a farmhouse to eat at the last minute even if everything in the area was closed, super attentive and sociable person but also discreet. There were problems with the booked accommodation and we were welcomed into a more spacious accommodation equipped with every comfort. It was a perfect stay, the town is equipped with all the essentials but the inhabitants are the real gem. I felt at home. Thanks Michele!!

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

I had a great time and the house was cozy, but unfortunately I had problems with the hot water and it was not resolved until the last. Efficient communication.

We had a wonderful stay at Stefano and Anna’s apartment during our work trip to Cagliari. The space was perfect for my colleague and me, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped for both work and relaxation. The location was ideal, walkable, safe, and close to everything we needed. Stefano and Anna were gracious and responsive hosts who made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend their place to anyone visiting Cagliari.

Michaela is a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and proactive. Communication was great throughout the stay. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had a well stocked kitchen - exactly what we were looking for. The location was great as well, walking distance to most sights and easy access to Poetto beach by bus. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay.

Daniele and his wife Serena were excellent hosts: welcoming and helpful, they made us feel as if we were at home. They provided us with a lot of useful information about both Cagliari restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. We couldn't really report anything negative but only thank Daniele and Serena for allowing us such a pleasant stay. We hope to be able to return. Maria and Roberto

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

The small apartment, with attention to the smallest details, had everything you needed to stay. In the heart of the historic center for visiting Cagliari and convenient for getting around by public transportation, 5 minutes from the station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

It was just beautiful. I felt so comfortable in the accommodation, it was also very clean, bed is comfortable, 2 TVs are also there. So it's a very good retreat. You are right in the center and there is a supermarket nearby. Valentina was always reachable and very friendly. If I come back to Cagliari, it's only when their place is available. They even provided drinks and snacks. It was the best place I've had so far Thanks Valentina and Matteo❤️

An absolutely perfect stay! The location is super central, you can easily walk to everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you might need. Super comfortable apartment. Wonderful shower. It has all the necessary items. We were greeted with great affection by Maurizio's parents. Location is excellent for going to Poetto Beach. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Simply perfect!

An amazing stay, apartment was perfect fit for our family with 18mo old equipped with a high chair, travel crib, baby utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. Located in charming flower-filled streets of Villanova in center just few steps from lovely piazzas with cafes and shops and in near proximity to many parks and food market. The host was incredibly helpful, offering tips, directions and great suggestions for activities with a toddler, always available for questions. The apartment is on the ground floor, which was super convenient with a stroller. As is typical in the area for ground spaces, the windows are pointing to the internal spaces between houses but this apartment has a glass door which brings day light to the space. We felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.
