Really nice place, very peaceful and private. Fab location only a few steps to an amazing beach. Along the beach ten minutes walk are some beachside restaurants, a bit on the pricey side but lovely food and local dishes and you pay for the location with views over the beach and blue sea. Crystal clear water. There’s a little shop nearby 5 minutes in the car or 20 minutes walk which has everything you need. We would definitely recommend. Five stars.

The apartment is very nice and clean! You immediately feel comfortable and are modernly furnished, as seen in the pictures. The highlight is the fantastic sunrises on the terrace or sunsets on the 2nd terrace. Tara and Simone are super accommodating and responsive at all times. So we will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is a real dream. The location & the views are breathtaking! The house is in the middle of the mountains and you have the unique opportunity to watch wildlife. For example, we could see a deer and wild boars. Some of the animals even came into the garden. That was absolutely impressive. The decor of the house is great. There is nothing missing in the kitchen and there is even a dishwasher. It was a really great stay

It was magical. We are so grateful for the well loved, well equipped space. Miguel was very responsive and helpful with hikes and beaches and groceries. It was lovely!

A very large great house with lots of space. The best part was the wonderfully large pool. The rooms are large and the surroundings very quiet. Federico was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy and pleasant and even in German. The check out was very flexible, as no one came into the house after us, we could even stay in the house a few hours longer. In the area there are many very nice beaches and good restaurants. It was a great stay and we will be back.

A lovingly furnished house. You can say that the house has soul. It is quietly located in a beautiful little complex. A beautiful large garden and the pool was bigger than expected. That's great. Everything was clean. Upon arrival, we were received very friendly and warmly and also the check out was totally straightforward. We can fully recommend this property.

This Airbnb in Sardegna exceeded all my expectations. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped, with four different coffee tools, making it a coffee lover's paradise. This was an excellent choice; such a beautifully located and elegant home. The whole villa is comfortable and had ample space, good bathrooms, and the outdoor space was beautiful. It really had everything we needed. The photos do not do it justice, as it's impeccably designed and fitted out. The host was extremely helpful, flexible, and kind, both before and throughout. It can not get much better than this. Beautiful spacious house with enormous garden and super clean swimming pool in walking distance to super nice beaches. Really, this house has it all. Interior, garden and proximity to super fine sand beaches with some great corners for snorkling. We were two families with children and loved it.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Beautiful villa, perfect for the two of us. Comfortable bed. Lovely swimming pool, amazing garden, private. Sea view. Good aircon. Small, unspoilt beach a two minute walk from behind the property. You’ll need a car. Villasimius 10 minute drive away with a good selection of big and smaller supermarkets. Very nice shop (small delicatessen) at the marina which is much closer. A great place for a quiet, relaxing holiday….we will book again.

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago and returned because we enjoyed it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches... was again perfect.

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready
