Vacation rentals with beach access in Cape Carbonara

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Anna is a top professional !!! Organized, reliable, responsive at all times, and with great warmth Anna welcomes her guests. The apartment is exactly as described, everything is very neat and clean and it lacks nothing. She gives accurate and helpful information about the apartment that makes life easier on site. Since we arrived late, Anna even thought of providing us with a little attention for the evening and breakfast. All in all, a beautiful place and it couldn't be better. Thank you !!!!

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

“Our two week stay in Sardinia was fantastic! Already upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with local delicacies – beer, wine, yogurt, bread, coffee, milk, jam, honey and a large bowl of fresh fruits were ready for us. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and beds were very comfortable. Claudia was a great host: she even brought us new sun loungers and pastries during our stay. The terrace was perfect for enjoying the evenings. On the day of departure, thanks to Claudia's generosity, we were allowed to stay until 2 p.m., which allowed us to enjoy the last day relaxed and then drive comfortably to the harbor. Thanks to the great location, we were able to easily explore and enjoy beaches and charming places. Claudia's tips were very helpful. Thank you for everything – we will be very happy to come back ❤️ We can recommend the place without restrictions! All around PERFECT AND ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE ❤️GRAZIE

House was clean and in order. Nothing was broken. The car can be parked at the in-house yard and the gate can be locked. Mosquito nets are attached to the windows and doors everywhere. The beautiful beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We felt right at home and thank you for the nice time 😊☀️

Great location , right in the beach and only 30 minutes by car to Cagliari. Clean apartment, well stocked for self catering. The hosts made it a very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the scenic view over Costa Rei was the highlight. It was really fun to cook in the kitchen which is designed in a very tasteful and modern way.

Kind and friendly host and wonderful place with peaceful atmosphere. What more can I say, highly recommended for anyone wishing for a getaway in Sardinia.

Adorable house, super well located (beautiful beach a few minutes walk, shops) and very close by car to the beautiful resort of Villasimius. The accommodation is very clean, tastefully decorated, really comfortable (bedding, full black when sleeping) and well equipped (full kitchen equipment, washing machine, ...) We particularly appreciated the two terraces, one of which is covered. The development is perfect with children (football field, playground, no car). The host was available and accommodating. In short, this house is a pearl!

Great little cottage with everything you could possibly need. The gardens are beautifully kept and the house is extremely clean. Host is lovely. The best part about the house is the beach nearby. It's absolutely glorious. Driving away, we regretted not spending more time there!

The location of the apartment right by the beach is fantastic. It’s wonderful to have breakfast on the terrace with a sea view or to end the day in the evening with the sound of the waves. The living area could be a bit more inviting, but otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Stefano is a great host who is always available. Ciao Grazie, we would love to come back.

It’s a very nice and cosy house close to a beautiful beach. The host is very kind and helpful. I can recommend a stay very much.

The view from the house was amazing. The house was perfect. The hosts were very kind. I give the home Five stars, but if I can offer some advice for foreign travelers, make sure you download their app and explore it before you arrive. It is very helpful, but I didn't understand how to change it to English until the second to last day. The host meets you for check in and we had a flight that was not landing until 8:30pm. They had to meet us personally and we were late, so they charged E80.00 additional for the cost of the additional hours. She was very nice. There is also no taxi service in town and parking downtown is difficult. All signage is difficult to understand if you do not speak Italian. We earned two parking tickets in four days. The destination, more like 3 stars, in fact, we felt like we were resented by locals and hit by tourism taxes between parking tickets, and the rental car agency which charged us twice as much as the car I reserved through Alamo.

The accommodation was perfect for us, a family with two adults and two children. Quiet and quiet area and close to good beach and swimming. We also had a car and could easily get to Villasimius with a large selection of great beaches, btiker and restaurants. We can defenitely recommend both the home and Michele as a host!

The apartment is in a great location in a great part of Cagliari. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. The apartment is beautiful and Elena’s attention to detail makes the apartment feel extra special, everything is perfectly appointed. I can highly recommend this amazing apartment for anyone looking to stay in Cagliari.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
