Lovely, well equipped apartment, we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice, responsive host.

Quiet accommodation just outside of town. The best part is the listening and availability of Katia and her husband to support us and respond to our requests. It's rare and valuable, congratulations.

We had a great stay. In 10 minutes on beautiful beaches, great garden and pool. Warm welcome...only the additional 125 euros for towels, electricity and tourist fee ( for 5 people ) we found a pity. Even though it may have been recognizable somewhere, it would be more sensible and transparent to indicate at least towels and electricity directly in the total price. Nevertheless, and everything else liked very much and we would come back. A beautiful place to relax with kind hosts.

Friendly welcome, several magnificent beaches within walking distance, shopping is also within walking distance. There is nothing to complain about the apartment. You are on your own, have a beautiful garden with barbecue and a balcony. The equipment is well maintained and most imaginable kitchen utensils are available. A clear recommendation for a family with children.

Manuela’s place is the BEST! It has everything you need for a long term stay such as power adapters with usb ports, super fast wifi throughout the house, heaps of herbs and spices. Even books, games, scissors, and mosquito repellent. Being summer, it was super hot and humid and we relied on the air con during the day but enjoyed the scenic balcony during the evening. Both air cons work really well. The bedroom was very comfortable with excellent black out blinds and really quiet. Lovely neighbourhood, felt super safe walking at all times of day and night. Feels like residential living being away from the tourist section which really suited us for a long term stay. The Despar (grocery store) across the road was so convenient with really friendly staff and everything you need. Also walking distance from San Benedetto market and other excellent fruit and veg places. Manuela was so pleasant to deal with. Really responsive and even left us some goodies when we arrived. We spent 4 nights at Nicola's beautiful place. Nicola is a great host, always very responsive and attentive. He gave us restaurants suggestions and great instructions to make check-in and check- out a breeze. Thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and warm heart. It meant a lot for us, we felt like home! The apartment is excellent, modern, clean and as described. The big balcony is a bonus for both day and evening. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the beaches, with great restaurants nearby, shops, and supermarkets. Secure parking and washer are a big bonus. Thank you Nicola for everything. Super clean apartment, lovingly and conveniently furnished/equipped. Very quiet apartment (neighborhood). Nice big terrace, great kitchen-living room. Private parking is very beneficial. Great area, all partially within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately available. Despite a late arrival time, she welcomed us, explained and showed us everything. We recommend Cristina's apartment. Thank you!

Perfect vacation home. The interior is not huge, but it feels good. The back garden was very appreciated both for dinner under the veranda and for the barbecue. We had a really good time. Cristian kind and helpful gave us a lot of great advice.

We had a great time with our group of friends at Valentina’s place. We wanted something private with a pool that could host a lot of us and it gave us just that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs and the outdoor space was perfect. Little minus for the crazy amount of mosquitoes which the bug sprays struggled to protect us from, as well as the sea outside the house which even though it was extremely convenient wasn’t the dreamy Sardinian beach you’d hope for but we had the best of times and Valentina was amazing with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend for a large group in need of peace and quiet!

The place was great, lots of space, very well equipped kitchen, small garden where children could play. The host Eleanora was very accommodating and ready to help when needed. The location is not very central, but easily reached if traveling by car.

Mrs. Bianca and her husband were really super helpful and kind. They waited for us until we arrived even though we were late for check-in and explained everything by thread and sign of the house. They made us find the washed and ironed sheets even though we let them know the day before. The house is perfect for both couples and families as it has a loft with two extra sun loungers. It is comfortable and quiet and is equipped with every comfort (washing machine, kitchen equipment, fridge, clothes rack, etc.). You can get around on foot as it is very close to downtown and has a parking space. We will definitely consider it for any future reservations. Thank you

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

Walter was a very helpful host, clear in the directions (with photos from days before) and responsive for every need. We had no issues and the few doubtful things were resolved in time 0. The house has all the essentials and the spaces are well managed. I read criticism about cleanliness: the environment was not aseptic, but the bathrooms and rooms were well sanitized. We found every comfort for cooking, washing clothes, availability of bed linens, and a bathroom. The nearest beach can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk, or for those who want to go by car there is ample parking. If I ever had to return to the area, I would go back ☺️

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

Gianfranco's house is perfectly located. Equipped with every comfort. Very clean environments with all useful amenities. Full historic center of Cagliari: just below you have Via Roma and a view of the port. It is very close to the train station, buses always very punctual, markets, restaurants, bars and newsstands. In an internal street, very safe, however equipped with a security camera towards the external door. Gianfranco is a very kind person, very nice, polite, precise. We felt like we were at home. The description we saw of the house coincides exactly with reality. Extremely recommended.

Valentina was a really great host! Really responsive and you can always ask her for good recommendations. Also really flexible which helped us out and made it really smooth. Great place to venture into the city with everything walkable.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

Lovely apartment does not do enough what it really is, in the house we found everything we could need, great location both for its proximity to the beaches and downtown. Claudia was very kind and recommended us both for the rental and for the best beaches, highly recommended

Well located accommodation 5 min from the beach by car. Restaurants nearby and 20 min drive to Cagliari. Very good communication with Eficio and he was very helpful so that we could have the accommodation earlier than expected. Very nice stay, I would recommend the accommodation.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
