Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cape Carbonara

Lory and Max welcome you with a smile! The apartment is pretty and very clean . You will have the necessary dishes and other items. The A/C is working and not too noisy. The pool and outdoor area is really pretty and well appointed. Your hosts know how to be discreet despite the proximity. They are full of care for us. When you arrive the fridge will already be stocked as well as the cabinets ( milk ,cereals,rusks,yogurts,fruits,cheese,jams,charcuterie,water,coffee........... ) The small downsides: a rooster in the garden right next door that sing night and day ( we end up getting used to it ) and the lack of blackout curtain.

I've loved Solanas since I was a kid. Andrea's house is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. Andrea made it easy for us to feel immediately welcome and comfortable. He was always available and helpful. House was clean and stocked with everything you need. The morning after arrival, Andrea sent us lots of tips for locations and things to do. We thank Andrea for the great stay. We will be happy to return. 🫶🏻

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's place. The garden and accommodation are very well maintained and we felt very comfortable and taken care of. Alessandro was always available for questions and very friendly. Also upon arrival you felt immediately welcome when a fruit basket and water were ready for us. A high chair was even organized for our baby at short notice. We thank you very much for everything and are looking forward to coming back.

One of the most beautiful places in the world. We extended our place twice because we wanted the weather in November and we didn't want to give up such an amazing view. Absolutely perfect relaxation! The house is well-equipped, Michele was always willing and very responsive to our questions. We also had fun with the grubby cats from the area:)))

We felt very comfortable at Villa Antonella. The accommodation is superbly located between the numerous fantastic beaches. The "house beach" of Cala Sinzias is a 5-minute walk away. We particularly liked the terrace area and the children enjoyed jumping into the pool again after the beach. During our stay, the pool was used only a little by the guests of the lower apartment, so we mostly had the pool to ourselves.

Michael was very friendly and always easy and quick to reach via the well-known messenger service. :-) The apartment is at the very end of the street, behind it begins the viticulture, so really pure nature and tranquility. The apartment was new and everything very clean! I loved it! Thanks, Michael!

A magical villa in a magical location with a magical host! To begin with the host, Paolo is the most incredible host, available, accommodating, interesting and always providing fantastic and useful recommendations. He is more than a host, he is now a friend! The villa is spectacular. The view is impossibly beautiful from the balcony, where you can have meals/coffees with your family on the picnic table and soak it all in. The inside of the house is a very high standard, with everything we needed and a kitchen where we were able to cook nice meals every night. The village is lovely, the Palmira market store is full of super helpful employees and have a great local selection of pastries as well. The beach right next to the villa is world class and if you want to explore other beaches (each different beach had a pleasant uniqueness), there are several within 5-15 minutes drive. We will be back. 6 stars out of 5

Leandro is an outstanding host. He waited for us despite our delay. He told us how everything was working in the house. A welcome basket was waiting for us with local produce. This house is the ideal place to relax in the peace and beauty of the place. The city centre is a 15-minute drive away. I recommend this rental without reservations.

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

A real gem near the beach! Well equipped, - you can find whatever you need like at home - clever use of space, comfortable big bed, lovely kitchen, great book selection, the whole flat is super clean, bright and cosy. Easy to park next to the house (watch out: every second monday the street would be cleaned, during this time parking is not allowed, see the signs). Supermarket in 2 minutes walk-distance, bus stop in front of the house, the seaside is 10-15 min. by foot through the flamingo park. In the neighbourhood all around nice restaurants. (The butcher's shop on the corner is highly recommended if you looking for a nice breakfast with fresh cheese, hams and fresh bakery goods. :) ) Maurizio was a perfect, friendly, kind host. He respond quickly, the instructions are clear and he speaks english very well. We had a perfect stay, thank you for everything! ❤️

Marta is a kind, responsive and flexible host. She made our vacation one of our favouries! The rooms are furnished well, and spare blankets and pillows are provided. The terrace was a great place to eat and/or gaze at the stars. There are many great cafés nearby the apartment. We recommend eating Sardegna's unique dessert at Saseada, and Leada is a lovely cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. Marta's apartment is set in a calm, beatiful place. Thank you, Marta, for our comfortable stay!

Manuela’s place is the BEST! It has everything you need for a long term stay such as power adapters with usb ports, super fast wifi throughout the house, heaps of herbs and spices. Even books, games, scissors, and mosquito repellent. Being summer, it was super hot and humid and we relied on the air con during the day but enjoyed the scenic balcony during the evening. Both air cons work really well. The bedroom was very comfortable with excellent black out blinds and really quiet. Lovely neighbourhood, felt super safe walking at all times of day and night. Feels like residential living being away from the tourist section which really suited us for a long term stay. The Despar (grocery store) across the road was so convenient with really friendly staff and everything you need. Also walking distance from San Benedetto market and other excellent fruit and veg places. Manuela was so pleasant to deal with. Really responsive and even left us some goodies when we arrived. Thank you 🙏🏼

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

Renato’s place is absolutely gorgeous, very tasteful and authentic. It doesn’t feel anything like sterile vacation homes you often get. It has character, and a sophisticated charm, and you can feel a lot of thought and love has gone into creating this beautiful place. Everything was very clean, with a big and well equipped kitchen. The house is located in the middle of a peaceful and rural environment, the next neighbour is a farm, so you hear the animals and get to meet the dogs and charming cat. Renato and his wife Lucie were amazing hosts, warm and inviting, and shared a lot of recommendations in the area. All in all we had a wonderful stay and felt right at home.

This was the best place we've ever booked through AirBnB. Super clean, everything you needed available, beds fine, quiet, supermarket nearby, sea walking distance, just perfect!!!

Rarely had such a beautiful, spacious place to stay!! Everything worked out great, and it's really as breathtakingly beautiful as in the pictures. We enjoyed the great hot tub, but also the sauna, especially when it got cold in the evening. The house is well laid out and you have enough privacy due to the separate apartment. The two beautiful beaches are within walking distance and you have some places to eat without using the car. We were delayed by the ferry and didn't arrive until after midnight and were warmly welcomed, everything was still explained to us in peace. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. I can only say positive things about this villa!!!! Thanks for everything and we will definitely be happy to come back

The accommodation is a real dream. The location & the views are breathtaking! The house is in the middle of the mountains and you have the unique opportunity to watch wildlife. For example, we could see a deer and wild boars. Some of the animals even came into the garden. That was absolutely impressive. The decor of the house is great. There is nothing missing in the kitchen and there is even a dishwasher. It was a really great stay

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Maria Elena's house is fantastically beautiful. Stylishly furnished and very clean and maintained. Everything is perfectly equipped. In the kitchen, everything is available in sufficient quantity. Bed linen, beach towels, even super neatly ironed table linen. The bathrooms are very clean, there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board., hair dryer ( even several). The terrace and garden are sooooo beautiful. With the beautiful cozy sitting area, the chic wooden loungers with cozy pads. A dream is the unobstructed view of the sea and the dream beach of Geremeas. We felt very comfortable. Maria Elena was always cheerful and provided us with tips. So the house and garden was designed with a lot of style and love. The rental price is absolutely justified!!! Thank you Maria🤗😍

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

It was magical. We are so grateful for the well loved, well equipped space. Miguel was very responsive and helpful with hikes and beaches and groceries. It was lovely!

The place was just great. It was extremely clean - from dishes to bathrooms to beds. Martina showed us around upon arrival and explained everything (some English, otherwise Google Translate). We were allowed to check in earlier with our little son (20 months). 😀 There was a baby chair, a clean baby bed and sand toys for him. There was even a stair gate at the top of the staircase. We felt super comfortable. As a tip: bring a laptop for cozy evenings. On TV, we only came across Italian programs. There is a standard HDMI cable. 😉 The place is very small; there is a small beach and harbor within 5 minutes walking distance. Opposite the house is a small supermarket that is open for 7 days. There is also a bus stop in front of the house. However, we had a rental car to do a lot. You can park for free in front of the house. Communication was excellent. Overall, we give full score ❤️
