Beach house vacation rentals in Cannon Beach

This is a find! We came with our three little kids and were delighted with the amenities in the home (games, baby gate, high chair, pack n play, books, sand toys and more). The short walk to the beach was enjoyable on a grassy private path. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

We absolutely loved the house. It was very relaxing, close to the beach and the perfect amount of space for 3 generations! We will be back again. Can't say too much about this house...over the top.

The location so close to the beach and downtown was spectacular! It was very quiet and folks were friendly. Everything was working fine and I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a beach house that can accommodate a group, just steps from the beach, you can find it at Pelican Point. A large table upstairs is a great spot to gather for meals or games. The downstairs family room has plenty of seating for movies or streaming. With a kitchen upstairs and downstairs there is plenty of room in the refrigerator, and two ovens for cooking. We had 7 people, who all slept comfortably, with extra beds left over in the bunk room. The hosts, Patrick and Elizabeth were accommodating and generous in answering our questions. We had a great time and will be back again.

We had the most incredible spring break and Easter getaway at this beautiful beach home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Our family especially loved the layout, which made it easy to spend quality time together whether we were cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, playing games in the living room, or enjoying quiet mornings with coffee on the patio. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for daily outings, sandcastle building, and soaking up the sun. We also appreciated the little touches that made our weekend extra special; there was even plenty of space for an egg hunt and both the home as well as the fully fenced yard was great for our fur babies (dogs). We felt right at home! We look forward to booking another stay in the future!

This house was the perfect space for our large family. With two adults and six kids, there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep and share meals together. Clean, lots of natural light, and a great host to communicate with....we could not have asked for a better weekend. Thanks, Kristin!

Exactly as described! Very comfy. Close to everything. The view from the deck and the sounds of the ocean were perfect.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

The view is amazing, but what makes this house awesome is the attention to details and the comfy beds. The kitchen is well stocked and with items you'd actually want to use to cook things with, and the linens are lovely. The fact that you can check out the ocean from the couch and walk into town is icing on the cake. We loved our stay!

My friends and I visited from Portland for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time at Max's place! The location is fantastic - easy to find and a quick two minute walk to the beach - and the house itself is charming and cozy. The fireplace was a hit, especially in the chilly evenings or after taking a dip in the freezing ocean. It warmed up the top level and we were comfortable the whole time. Check in was easy, there was plenty of space for our party of four, and we loved it. I absolutely recommend staying at Max's place!

Excellent excellence excellent!! If I could rate 10 stars I would. I was a bit upset when there was no bbq I messaged Darcy & asked where the bbq was & she responded quickly & let us know a storm took it out. I let her know we were planning on bbq’ing and we’d figure something out. She got back to us within a couple hours & told us she was bringing us a new 1 because the weather was too good to not be able to bbq. Talk about going out of her way to make things right! I can not rate this place and Darcy high enough as she deserves! I highly highly recommend this place. Also the view is exceptional. We took my dad who is 83 & very limited with getting around but he was so happy to have an ocean view balcony which he could enjoy the waves & sounds. Thank you again Darcy for being awesome. We hope to be back next year 😊

Best Beach House we ever had—and the Oregon Pacific Coast is unbeatable in how the green mtns. full of Douglas Firs touch the white-capped sea with gorgeous Capes (like Perpetua) & intriguing Coves! FOUR FULL Bathrooms (& a 1/2 bath) made getting ready for day trips a breeze (plenty of that on this coast!) Dee’s open floor plan offered us super-comfy multiple couches where we could constantly hear & view the ocean’s beauty (talk about sunsets!) and her big dining room table, and extra seating complimented a fantastic cooks kitchen with more dishes that you’d ever need as well as everything to make amazing meals which can be served on the big kitchen island. Super-comfy beds and a few very large bedrooms! (Like 2 masters practically!) SO SO CLEAN in every aspect! We played ping pong and board games and appreciated the generous supplies she leaves AND her friendly helpful hosting! Dee maintains this home with love & perfection! Close to groceries & yummy food! Tillamook Creamery = fav!

This place was beautiful and close to the beach. Lots of games to play if the weather is rainy. Just a short drive to short sand beach and the tide pools by haystack rock.

We loved this place. It had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfortable for everyone. It felt like home! Kids loved it as well as adults. Lots of games and things to keep busy.

A real gem for a large group/family on the Central Oregon Coast. Amazing room for our 8 family members. Close to the beach, local restaurants and activities. A perfect getaway in every respect. Highly reccommended! Thanks. We will be back.

Everything was exactly as shown/stated. The space is wonderful with a gas fireplace, a small patio with a great view, a beautiful, peaceful decor and anything else you could want! Being right off hwy 101, there's easy access to downtown, restaurants, shopping, beaches and the Whale Visitor Center. Depoe Bay is a great small town and this property is an awesome value. We'll be back!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Adorable home, great location, and Tim's really responsive and helpful! We're actually staying one more night because it's been such a wonderful trip and Tim helped set that up with ease!

This house and neighborhood are so cute. By far one of the best places on the Oregon coast. The house is exactly as described and pictured. Very well maintained. It’s rare to find a place that has beach access, a hot tub, and a community pool (seasonal). Can’t recommend it enough.

The place was great! Neighborhood is beautiful. House had great amenities and our teenagers loved the game room especially the ping pong table. So many nice touches around the home and the hosts are extremely responsive. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️
