Classic beach house. Short walk to beach & town.

The Beagle has a perfect beach-cabin feel. All wood interior, exposed wooden beams. Three bedrooms downstairs (one's a small bunk-bed room). Living room/kitchen and large deck w/ partial ocean view upstairs. There's a fenced yard (dogs welcome; sorry no cats). Wifi, cable TV, streaming, washer/dryer and fireplace. Two blocks from Laneda Av (main commercial street) and 3 blocks to the beach. Not fancy, but great location and very comfortable for a weekend or week-long beach getaway.

This stay was so wonderful for our family! And the location was perfect. We have stayed at many airbnbs along the coast, this might have been our favorite. It’s a well loved family home for sure, and I think that makes it better. The couches are cozy too. Stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, host was helpful. The lay out was perfect for families with kids, the bed rooms are all right by each other. This location is perfect if you want to venture north to Newport, or even south towards Florence.

The views were truly breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset each evening from the deck was unforgettable. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen which had all the essentials (and more!) for cooking and dining in. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We truly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back. My wife, four kids (teens & tweens), and I stayed there over New Year's 24-25 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was sparkly clean, the kitchen stocked with all the gadgets a person could need, and the ping-pong table was super fun. The beds were comfy, the fire place was cozy, and we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and a market in just a few minutes. Fatemeh was super responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate a moment to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay for Spring Break. The property looked just like the pictures very clean, nicely decorated and private. We didn't have any issues with the heating system. The thermostat worked like any other and we set it to our comfort zone. The home was fully equipped and I appreciated the extra items in the bathroom (since I forgot a showercap). There was plenty of space for us to be together and have alone time. We'll definitely book here again!

Stayed with my family, to include one child, and everybody had a comfortable space to sleep in, the common areas were set up well for interacting and playing card games. Loved the view from every front room (main living room, kitchen, and the upstairs area). Had a blast playing ping pong, and got to enjoy one of the most wicked storms I’ve ever seen at a beach! Super short walk to the beach, and close to the main drag of town with coffee and food a short walk away.
