Dogtopia! Thank you for accommodating our daughters two dogs. This was the first time having them both together. We set up some barriers inside and had some mess around contact in the spacious yard. The humans loved having meals outside and sitting by the fire sipping champagne. Comfy beds too! A great time was had by all!

We really enjoyed out stay at Ryan’s place. The place was large and spacious with an amazing backyard. The hosts were friendly and easy to reach. Highly recommended!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Stephanie and Phil‘s place! We were warmly greeted and it truly set the tone for what would turn out to be one of our most memorable vacations. They were aware that we were coming there to celebrate our anniversary so kindly they left us a nice gift in honor of that, just beautiful people on every level. We would give them and their place 10 stars if we could!

Well appointed home and spacious floor plan. The kitchen and main living area had all the necessities. The Sleep Number bed in the master bedroom was great. Great locations for families to relax and enjoy being away from the big city. Easy access to nearby attractions.

Shaun and Alli’s home was beautiful inside and out. We stayed here for a wedding nearby and it was the perfect spot. Shaun and Alli responded to my messages very quick and were very helpful and flexible. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

great family stay for a wedding nearby. spacious home, loved the layout. Kirsten was easy to communicate with although we didn't need much since the house was well equipped. we all enjoyed the back and front yard with big shade trees and outdoor furniture. It is close to town, but the large lot made us feel like we were way out. highly recommend this property!

Nice place to stay, close to downtown and the beach. The water ended up going out during our trip(mainline broke) but Brad was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during that period.

We loved our stay! We have stayed in the complex before and loved the location, proximity to beach, and the features of the community. I can honestly say we liked this unit even more than the last stay. The unit was more updated and we also appreciated how well the kitchen and everything was stocked. Overall I highly recommend booking here!

Absolutely the best place we could have rented. We have stayed in the area a lot of times but I will never rent somewhere else. John’s place was amazing. The condo is spacious, it is right near the gate which made getting food or walking around that much easier. We didn’t even need to drive anywhere since food, shopping, the beach and the pool were all in walking distance. We are already looking forward to when we can come again.

Our stay was fabulous and perfect for a family with kids: right at the ocean and 20 minutes away from all of the best family locations north of San Diego. The apartment was amazing. Would come back again any time!

Great location! Everything we wanted to do was max 20 min drive and at best a 20 minute walk. The beach was ridiculously close, the shopping and food area was right around the corner as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will more than likely be bac!

We love coming to Oceanside and staying in this condo. This is our fourth year here. We love the location, and the comfort of the home. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals, though we eat out often at the many wonderful restaurants that are so near. We hope to stay here again soon!

We didn't stay for long but the few nights we were there my family loved. My uncle is handicapped but was still able to walk to the beach and put his feet in the water with such a short walk from the house. I usually book Airbnb's for work travel and have officially given the job bc everyone says they love the homes I choose. This time was for family and again have officially been given the job of always booking the airbnb for the family...lol! Pat on my back.Thank you for sharing your beautiful space.

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

I love that it was so easy to get to. Loree was very responsive even though I had messaged her at odd hours. The place was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. I would love to go back and stay longer next time. I was able to take some amazing pictures. The fan in one of the bedrooms was really loud but I didn’t use it so had it turned off.

The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. So beautiful and spacious. The views of the sunset over the ocean are amazing.

Our stay was wonderful! The house has a lot to offer between a well equipped kitchen, several area to hang out, a big fire pit, jacuzzi, cold swimming pool and a sauna, we felt like in a wellness spa. The view is beautiful and peaceful. Melinda was super responsive. I Highly recommend this place! Thank you again!

Phenomenal location. House was as advertised if not better. Paul & Denise were phenomenal throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was super cute and perfect for what we needed. Daniel was also very accommodating and helpful with a couple little things that came up during our trip. Would recommend!
