2nd time returning for work and a great stay as always! Alan hosts an awesome spot. Would return!

We loved our Stay at the Beach! Being just a short walk to the water was incredible! The condos had multiple pools that we could enjoy and the temperature was great! The house was clean and fit us perfectly! We loved our evenings on the balcony watching and listening to ocean! We would definitely stay again! Scott and Shauna were very responsive and made sure we had all that we needed!

Cindy's condo was the perfect location for our beach trip to Oceanside! It is right on the ocean and had so many wonderful amenities. You are just steps from the beach. The condo itself was so nice and clean and very spacious. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Cindy is such a great host and always answered my questions very quickly. She provided very clear instructions for checking in, parking, etc. She provided us a beautiful assortment of fresh fruit that we enjoyed during our stay. I have no complaints whatsoever and hope to stay here again in the future!!

A very relaxing place to stay.View of the Oceanside harbor, hear seals, smell the ocean,view waves on the jetty, Oh and the SUNSETS!! A easy .08 mile along the strand, to the pier and LOTS of things to do there!! LOVED IT!! Kathy

Very nice stay, host was flexible and very accommodating. Beach was a two minute walk, and parking was readily available. 10/10

Booked for our anniversary and it’s honestly a return worthy spot! The place was super stocked down to us needing a laundry basket and boom there it was! Dan and Arielle were amazing hosts and were very considerate of us and our privacy. The unit is in a prime spot, we were able to get to the elevator and walk straight on the beach just exiting the condos. We enjoyed the provided beach chairs and watched the sunset, every food places we tried outdid the other we honestly didn’t want to leave. Worth the price, felt safe, super clean and beautiful furniture we found our favorite Airbnb

We were in town for a music festival, and this little hidden gem was perfect! Anything that we needed was in the condo. Perfect place to recharge after walking/stand at the festival. Arleen was amazingly responsive when we had questions or when we were looking for a restaurant to order in from. We would absolutely return!

The place and surroundings were beautiful. The best work out room I've ever seen. Easy walk to the beach. Weekends were a bit noisy with the children that were staying nearby, but otherwise quiet. I would definitely rent this place again.

We enjoyed staying here and appreciated the fact that our dog was welcome. We wanted to stay somewhere close to our favorite north county beaches and this was the perfect location. Checking in and out was easy, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed, and the host was accommodating and great to work with. We’re already planning to book here again the next time we visit the San Diego area.

What a special place with an ideal location for beach walks, sunsets, and access to downtown Carlsbad. Because of its coastal location next a public lot, it’s a bustling vibe, but we never had trouble parking, and there’s a lot for the condo unit in the back. Our particular unit had a small management office built on its patio, limiting the patio size and causing narrow access for my elderly mother. Going through the patio is the only access point to the unit. The unit was small but well designed to maximize the space and included beautiful blue glass tile and matching decor. Seating was plentiful too. What a treat to enjoy this special spot.

Highly recommend this place for a couple coming to explore Oceanside. very walkable area and location couldn't have been better. You even have a view of the ocean and can hear the waves. I would book again.

Had an amazing stay. Decided to take a trip to Oceanside to have a break from work and this location was everything. Literally so relaxing as you can see and hear the ocean waves while the windows are open. The second we walked in, we were in awe as the place looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed in for the few days we were there and I cooked, let's just say, you have everything you need and more to make your meals. The bed & pillow were comfortable. Loved how there was a spa. The views from the spa at sunset was gorgeous. Communication is awesome as when I had a question or concern, Janine was very responsive and quick at responding. We will definitely come back. One thing you must do, is attend the farmers market on Thursday night as there's soooo much food. I do suggest if you like tamales, go to the tamale fiesta, some of the best tasting tamales (try the mozzarella one. sounds gross, but it's so good), I'm gonna be craving these from here on out, but yet, we're so far away.

Wonderful place, kids enjoyed the available boogie boards and c Beach chairs. Adults enjoyed the available BBQ. Had a great movie night in the ample living room. Enjoyed the big open kitchen

Susan's place was AMAZING!! It was well stocked with everything we needed for both inside the home and to take to the beach, which was literally steps away. The property had everything, a beautiful pool and hot tub, ping pong table, and a fantastic gym. The grounds were gorgeous! Susan communicated quickly and she was so kind. Our family felt safe and right at home there We will absolutely come back!!

This is by far the best place we have stayed at in North Coast Village. We go every year and have stayed in several different units. This one has a beautiful view of the beach, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, clean and cozy. It’s down the elevator and out the gate to get to the beach! The pool at North Coast Village was heated and beautiful. The grounds are an attraction for me since I love to look at the plants there. We fed the koi fish, walked to the local restaurants, just had a great time. We would definitely come back to Reem’s place next year for our annual visit to the beach.

Location, location, location! Could not have been a more beautiful neighborhood. Of course, perfect California weather makes everything look so pretty. Julie was so responsive and answered any questions. The Chateau was exactly as described. Nice linens, towels and lots of little extras too. I even got to play some pickle ball at the tennis club. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

We loved it so much we booked it again next fall.

It was a awesome stay the neighborhood was quiet but close enough to Oceanside to get to places. He responded quickly and let us use anything we needed . David was so nice and the place was clean!! Appreciated how he appreciates my brother’s service in the marines .

We enjoyed our stay in Amy's studio at North Coast Village. We were on the go a lot this trip, but the studio was a great retreat. It was clean and appointed well. Amy was proactive at communicating and the process to check in was easy, the unit was easy to find. We took advantage of amenities at North Coast Village - the Jacuzzi and Pool especially. The location was great - very close/easy beach access; many good restaurants near by; very easy freeway/highway access. I would absolutely stay again.

This was our fourth stay at North Coast Village and our favorite room so far! The beach is extra close and we loved the ocean view. My kids loved playing on the lawn and enjoyed eating dinner on the back porch. The condo was clean and had great amenities. The decor was cozy and made you feel right at home. We really appreciated the trundle in the master bedroom, because even though it’s a one bedroom condo, it had the sleeping space of a two bedroom. Very happy with our stay and will book again in the future.

Michelle’s place was the perfect getaway, private yet close to everything. Very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Bed linens and towels were high quality and soft, it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Michelle was such a gracious host, very helpful and responsive. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
