Vacation rentals with beach access in Camp Pendleton South

This studio apartment is a lovely gem hidden near a beautiful lagoon. It is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat. The friendly hosts provided clear and timely communications throughout my stay. Staying here allowed me to explore a gorgeous segment of the San Diego coast that I hadn’t fully experienced before. This may become a yearly summer retreat!

great place, has everything that you'll need

This place was awesome! Would definitely come back again. We stayed three nights which was perfect for us. Great location and everything was as advertised.

Our stay here was lovely. The place was clean, accurately described, organized, and nicely decorated. Christie’s guide book is awesome and has phenomenal recommendations, every place we tried from her list was a hit. She was friendly and responsive, as well as proactive. Our first night there was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, but she very quickly corrected that. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Karin’s spot in Cardiff is a special one, and she is an extraordinary host. Truly so thoughtful, accommodating, and kind. The apartment is private, quite charming, and has all the amenities a single person or couple would need for a short stay. I cannot recommend staying there enough and I certainly will again if given the chance.

We were in Cardiff to visit my son, and could not have chosen a better location! The spot is within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and even a small grocery store. It is a slightly longer walk to the beach. The area is hilly and you will get your exercise, which worked for us. The apartment was as described. The kitchen area appeared to be an old entryway from the garage and the space is quite small. We used the top of the washing machine as a counter, as there was no other spot to set things down. Not a big deal if you don't plan on making meals, which we didn't. The beds were very comfortable, as was the common area. Noah was helpful in getting us settled, and checked in with us through our stay. We ran into a slight issue with parking on nights when we arrived home after 10pm, but Noah quickly found a solution for us. Overall, the slight negatives were MORE than outweighed by the positives. The area is beautiful, the apartment quiet, and we would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

Judy’s apartment was a great find! Good value for an amazing spot in Cardiff. The apartment was spacious, with a full kitchen and comfy bed. We had all the amenities we needed and more. Location was close to the beaches and cool restaurants. We hope to be back soon. Highly recommended. Thank you Judy!

We love coming to Oceanside and staying in this condo. This is our fourth year here. We love the location, and the comfort of the home. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals, though we eat out often at the many wonderful restaurants that are so near. We hope to stay here again soon!

Dogtopia! Thank you for accommodating our daughters two dogs. This was the first time having them both together. We set up some barriers inside and had some mess around contact in the spacious yard. The humans loved having meals outside and sitting by the fire sipping champagne. Comfy beds too! A great time was had by all!

The whole place was wonderful. Both the outdoor spaces and the indoor spaces were comfortable and inviting. The bedrooms were very comfortable.

Thank you for letting us b book your space. Our stay was amazing! So much to do and see within a 5 minute walk. Heather and Mike are super responsive. I appreciated the communication 🙂

Cozy little house walking distance to the beach. Very clean and nice amenities in the location. We enjoyed the hog tub and outdoor sitting areas. Alexandra was responsive to our questions and helpful.

Very nice place. Would return anytime

Beautiful place and even nicer than the pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Some places have cheap uncomfortable furniture to save money but not this place. The couch is deep, comfortable, and good quality. You feel like you can actually relax and stretch out. The location felt very safe and the backyard felt peaceful and private.

Had a wonderful stay at Lauren’s home. Very clean with nice appliances (coffee maker, stove, washer dryer, etc.). Almost a perfect place to stay. Walking distance to the ocean, local market, restaurants. The only negative was the water pressure for the showers. But the water was hot so bearable. Would go again definitely!

We had an amazing time in San Diego. Started when we walked in to our AirBNB to homemade cookies. My granddaughter had a wonderful time in the back yard with all the toys. The house was spacious, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We really enjoy your home. Thank you!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

What a lovely condo, view and property! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well kept and had all the comforts of home. We appreciated the attention to detail including comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, chairs, wagon and towels for the beach, golf clubs & balls for the mini putting green. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best. The property is a tropical oasis located perfectly between the harbor and pier. It also has a great gym and rec ctr with a pool table. This place was amazing and the views were awesome… everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay here again… Lorraine was the best!

This is such a beautiful space. It was clean and airy. It had plenty of space for me, my husband and two teenagers. It is centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved taking the bikes for a cruise down to the pier, and while it was too cold for us to go in the water there was everything we could have wanted to make a great day at the beach. We will absolutely book this place again next time we are in town.

Hilda’ s apartment is very well kept. The interior is luxurious and immediately we felt at home. The view from the balcony is great. The apartment was very quiet and the bed sent us to sleep every night around nine o’clock. We slept very well. Everything was spotless. We definitely would come again.
