Excellent house. I come to the area once a year to visit family, has been one of the better experiences. House well decorated and cozy. Made plenty use of the heated pool. Chris was ready to help out thru whole process. Would definitely book again.

We stayed at Dale’s house for the month of May. The view from the lanai was our favorite part about our visit. The kitchen was more functional and cleaner than most rentals out there. We are sad as we didn’t have time to go on any golf cart adventures. The location is close to everything! We had a few fluke situations come up during our stay and we appreciated Dales’s communications. We cared for his house as we would our own. He appreciated that which also says a lot. We would definitely rent here again. To the next tenant, there’s a little lizard that comes by each day and hangs out on one of the chairs on the lanai. I’ve named her Lizzo. She literally bops her head to music. I have videos, lol.

This was the my second time staying here. I enjoyed it as usual. This home felt very comfortable and homey and clean. I would highly recommend staying here, this location makes it easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Very quiet neighborhood.

This modernized Old Florida gem is amazing. The cottage is cute, clean, amd comfortable but when you get to the outdoor living area... holy moses what a vibe! We lounged on the daybeds, swam in the refreshing pool, and enjoyed the lapping of the waves from the lake. Private, with lush green tropical foliage around. 2 story dock great to throw a fishing line or watch the sunset.
