The home was as advertised. Safe and walkable area and very easy access to the T. Venus was very responsive and helpful with questions we had before our stay. We really enjoyed!

Michelle was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to our stay. The house was easy to find, good neighborhood, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Parking was included which was awesome. The T was easy to walk to so we could go downtown every day easily. The host recommendation for Lulu’s Allston was spot on, it was nearby and great. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay and check out was also easy. Thank you Michelle for hosting a wonderful place!

We (family with 3 young kids) stayed at Mike and Anna’s for close to 2 months while our house completed renovations and had an outstanding stay. House is fully equipped and comfortable for a family, Mike is very responsive and helpful, regular cleaning is already arranged, lots of toys and books to keep the kids busy, and location is great. You do hear some train noise (as the description explains) but it didn’t bother us or our kids.

We had a great stay for 4 nights with family and a couple friends in town for the marathon. Easy to get to the T, parking spot for our rental was very convenient to have. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making pasta dinners/etc. Sleeps 8 comfortably utilizing the twin beds. We loved it.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

What a unique place to stay in Boston. The space felt luxurious - from the beds, to the showers, kitchen, fireplaces, decks with a view - so many fine touches to make for a memorable visit. Location is great - far enough from the city center to feel quiet and serene, yet easily walkable to the subway to quickly get to pretty much anywhere. This unit is built vertically with multiple levels, so lots of stairs. We didn’t mind a bit. It adds to the character. Terry and Mindy were responsive hosts, check out their guestbook for recommendations.

Stayed for the Boston Marathon with friends and family. Great space to share with our group. Close to subway and restaurants. Would recommend for a large group.

This was honestly one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Michael was super responsive and ensured that me and my family had everything we needed during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend anyone visiting the Salem / Boston area to stay here as well.

All the positive reviews are true! Our family of two seniors, two adults and two teenagers had more than enough space to be together or have privacy. Having a reserved parking spot was priceless (plus there's a second street pass)! The rental was squeaky clean, comfortable, super quiet, and was above and beyond stocked with fresh food and supplies--it truly felt like home. Shea was friendly and responsive, but we didn't need her for anything. It was the perfect location for our Northeastern Graduation weekend!

This spacious and well-appointed place is located in one of the most charming, diverse, and quiet but lively parts of Cambridge. The public library, a block away, is a welcoming kind of community center for all ages and needs. There are coffee shops and the Harvard Art Museum within a couple of blocks. And the Harvard campus and Harvard Square are a few blocks away.

We took this trip for the NBIN track event. It was perfect for the team. This place was comfortable with just enough room for everyone to spread out. The hosts were very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We had 7 people and this home was spacious and clean. Maxine was also very responsive and helpful. I had forgot my jacket here after checkout and was able to arrange to pick it up. The area was also nice and peaceful.

We stayed in Milan's place in Framingham in April 2025 during our family Spring Break. The home has a great atmosphere, is well designed and organized. The location is close to major exits for sightseeing in wider MA area, but also conveniently close to a large shopping center with all major shops, restaurants as well as a movie theater. The bed rooms were great: comfortable beds. The kitchen was well supplied with all utilities. The kids liked the Foosball table. Milan was a great host, with information provided upfront and swift response to questions during our stay. Would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamara’s house. We arrived very late at night and everything is ready for us. We are a family of five and we do quite a bit of cooking. We got everything we needed from the house, saved us time and money. Highly recommend this house to everyone visiting the Boston/Newton area.
