Great place in a great location.

The pictures on the website did not explain just how beautiful the location was. There was nothing better than waking up and looking at a full view of the Gulf of mexico. I didn't even mind making breakfast for my wife and I because all you saw was the picturesque View of the water. The condo itself was impeccable. I give my hats off to Diane and her cleaning crew. Everything was in working order. I couldn't ask for more. Well, the only thing my wife and I could ask for was if we stayed another week. FRANK PASSENTI

We had a wonderful time for spring break! The location of the resort is great and the condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! If we vacation in Panama City Beach again, we will definitely try to stay here!

This Airbnb matched the description, had all the listed amenities, and was so clean and nice that I had no worries like I would in a hotel! The view was BEAUTIFUL, the balcony was large and we liked that we could access it from both living room and bedroom, and overall an amazing place! It was also great since we had two young kids. The kids room was perfect and my daughter loved it. Also, the crib was SO nice as most places don't have that! Five out of five stars for both the place and the owner as they were available and quickly responded to our questions and checked in on us!

Great location, place was nice and clean. Walkable to some great restaurants, bars and the beach. Julia was great with check in too! Highly recommend if visiting the area.

Blane's place was perfect. 10 out 10. No complaints at all. We were very satisfied & I highly recommend his place. I've been coming from GA to Fl to visit the Splash Beach Resort for 5 years now. Always for my daughter's bday on 4/25. She loves the place & that makes me happy.

This home is perfect for small children! It’s well decorated and cozy, but there aren’t a bunch of things you have to move so little hands don’t get them! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed appliances. Great, short walk to the beach and walking distances to lots of local restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is so cute and peaceful! Beds were comfortable too! Thy was a great host and we plan to book here again!

Very clean and responsive host

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

Amy was a wonderful host! She greeted us upon our arrival. She was very attentive to our questions or any needs that arose. We appreciated the beautiful decor that gave us the coziness and comfort of home. All the amenities made our stay evermore enjoyable. The carriage house is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walks in the beautiful area of Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach. The sunsets were spectacular against the clear blue water and powder white sand. A true paradise! We really enjoyed our month stay at the lovely carriage house. Tom & Sandy

Karen was very responsive. we also asked to get in a bit early as we had a wedding to get ready for and attend. she was nice enough to reach out to the cleaning crew and was able to get us inan hour early which was very helpful. also check our reddish taco, walking distance i.e. maybe a block..happy hour was awesome.

Great host and great place. Early check in offered without even asking, house was in a fantastic location- easy walk to the beach and close enough to make as many trips back and forth as needed, very clean house, plenty of space. Overall extremely satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Perfect getaway. 30A can be hectic. At this location we were a few steps from the beach, and easy access to all the area has to offer. We often moved around by bikes and there are many restaurants and shops you can easily access. We could walk to inlet beach in just a few minutes. The house was spacious and it was nice to sit and relax in the porch or in the backyard by the fire

This place was perfect! I am usually skeptical about staying in a pet friendly place, but we wanted to take our dog on this trip with us. It was super clean! Location was on a dead end street which made it quiet. Short walk to the beach. The host communicated properly and checked in on us through out our stay. We will def be back!

This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Great place that was so close to the beach. Pool was very clean and the water temperature was perfect. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely book this place again.

This is our second time to stay at Saltwater and it was just as perfect as the first. Jenny is super responsive & easy to communicate with. She is an excellent host; the surprise welcome package really made us feel special! The home is perfectly located and so welcoming. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you need so you’re not running out to Publix every night for random condiments. There is every beach accessory you can think of available for use. I cannot wait to bring my family back again and again!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed the close walk ability to the beach. This was a great location in Gulf Highlands closest to the beach entrance. Not all pools are heated, but it wasn’t far to walk to one of the heated pools. We also enjoyed the putt putt course. We found the people at the entrances to be quite pleasant and helpful. Katy was a great host to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather most of our stay so we did not get to use the lovely patio area as we’d hoped. So we easily drove to explore areas both east and west of PCB. Lots of good restaurants in the PCB areas too.

Irina’s home was well decorated and the kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals. The unit was plenty roomy and the A/C was great on the hot days. The pool area was nice and not crowded when we were there. All in all my wife and I would love to stay with her again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Panama City Beach someday.
