Super cute and unique home with lots of character. Very clean, comfy bed. Close to lots of activities. Very responsive and friendly. I will stay there again should I find myself in Cincinnati .

The carriage house was SO clean and in an amazing location - walkable to coffee, restaurants, and overall really cute area. Beautifully decorated and outfitted with all I needed to feel at home. Alley parking was a little tricky at first (it’s a tight spot), but easy once I got the hang of it. I had an issue (user error) with the door lock and the host called me within seconds to walk me through how to properly use the door - I was so thankful for the quick help. Overall highly recommend - felt like a house from a movie.

This house was just what we were looking for and the location was amazing. We had our 2 younger kids and the house is kid friendly with books and coloring materials. The kitchen is also set up for you to cook your meals if you like to have a few meals at home. Some of our favorite restaurants are walking distance around the corner but you're tucked into a quieter side street instead of being on the busy drag. Our favorite part was the backyard, we spent all day back there and the neighbors were all very nice! Would rebook again!

We had a great stay at this location! Comfortable and well accommodated, plus the hosts were so kind and flexible with our trip. The dogs enjoyed the yard and considered the grass to be a delicacy lol. It was snowy, but the back yard would be great for hanging out in the right weather!

Absolutely loved the house and location, especially for dogs. The backyard is fantastic and the park & bike trail across the street can’t be replicated in many Airbnbs. The house is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, relaxing, etc. and it is very nicely decorated! We felt right at home. Tracy was a wonderful host, so accommodating to us and our dogs. She has everything organized and easy to follow instructions and she’s a delight to talk to. We loved everything about our stay!

Me and my husband have been wanting to do a little get away and help work on our marriage and out of all the homes I found like this I have to say this one has been by far the best one!! We had a blast. We will for sure love to stay again! She is very friendly. The house was very well put together and the room was fun and exciting. The basement was the my favorite !! The king size bed was so comfortable to sleep in and the shower was awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Charlottes place was perfect for our month long stay. It has a homey feel which was perfect because we have a dog and a little baby. She has tons of cooking stuff and it’s on a quiet street in the middle of a fun and populated area. There is street parking and it always seems like there is a spot available. With our work schedule we leave in the weee hours of the morning and I felt very safe walking outside to my truck, which was a big relief. Our dog LOVED the tiny fenced yard which was a really nice surprise. She sunned herself on the side porch. Charlottes is walking distance from so many restaurants which was a nice change of pace for us. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the rooms are big with high ceilings, felt like home while we were there and it was a great deal!

This was our second time staying at Edward’s AirBnB because our last experience was so great. The house is beautiful and clean, in a good location, and Edward was a very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again for having us!

Comfortable stay for the Flying Pig Marathon. Walkable to all downtown events or free trolley when it rained! Room to relax and comfortable beds!

Location by UC was amazing, so close. Great place to stay for attending his graduation. A bit noisy at night but to be expected with students nearby and grad parties. Host had water, popcorn, and oatmeal available, which was thoughtful. Thank you, Freda!

Love the place. Exceptionally clean! Great location! Hosts made the extra step to have sparkling cider, nuts and cookies for their guests! I love the kind gesture. For all these great reasons, my rating is a 5! I will be making annual trips to Cincinnati and I will return to stay here!

Robert and Donna were amazing hosts! Both very knowledgeable about the town history and current events/celebrations. Wonderful breakfast and conversations on the weekends. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. 10 out of 10 will be recommending this house to friends and family!

Our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Perfect location for the Ren Faire.

The property was what we expected. It is a 150-year old farmhouse with lots of charm and character, but with modern updates. The owners, John and Carol, are extremely accommodating. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I would love to visit during the summer when the farmland that surrounds this property is in full swing. It would truly feel like you were on a country get-a-way.

We truly enjoyed the relaxing weekend at this beautiful inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and shared great local information and recommendations. We would be happy to visit again if we have the opportunity.

Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings! The home was immaculate, very well maintained and so comfy. The woodwork in the home is beautiful. The front room has a fireplace and I could imagine cuddling up on a cold winters day there. Felt right at home walking in the door. They had a snacks, water and other things available for us. Beds were very comfy, I slept like a rock. Breakfast was very good and filling. Beautiful flowers all around the yard. Lots of outdoor seating in patio & porch. John was wonderful! He was very helpful and friendly. When I left I was gifted with beans to take home. They were very good - much tastier than store bought “fresh” beans. If I am ever in the area again I will stay here. I left feeling refreshed from such a good nite sleep. Was a wonderful experience!!!

This place is soo cute and comfortable and handy to everything. This is my second stay with Jennifer and I'll stay here again next time I'm in Dayton.
