We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean and functional. The home itself is quite small, but the host has ensured it is highly comfortable and functional. The bedrooms were cozy and there were plenty of towels/linens provided. The water pressure was strong and the water heated quickly. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and easy to use/clean. The laundry units and dishwasher work well. We stayed with our 3 small children and were pleased to find some board games and curiosities for the kids to play with. The lights are mostly lamps or remote controlled, which confused me at first, but we figured it out. The neighborhood doesn’t feel especially warm or inviting, but we were there visiting family in Fairfield, so it worked well enough for us. I would book this accommodation again in the future. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Brian, the host, was fantastic to work with. He was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Loved the hot tub and was fortunate to be there on a clear night during the winter. Home is extremely clean and smelled nice. The home is located next to train tracks, but I prefer the sound of the train once or twice a night over the constant sounds you’d get in a hotel. The house does not seem to hold heat well with the low temperatures outside, otherwise it was a very nice place and not too far from plenty of food, etc.

More than spacious for our delayed family gathering. Having close proximity to restaurants, activities, and more important local family members was an added benefit. Sadly the weather was not conducive to using the BBQ. Maybe next time. Vickie provided a long list of "how to's." "where-to-finds," and "what to do's" making our stay all the more enjoyable. Oh, and a stack of coupons for local places was an added pleasure. Vickie is a delight to communicate with and extremely responsive. We would have no hesitation to stay here again.

Sean's place is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is within walking distance of some great restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. I would stay here again.

Location was perfect for our needs- close to campus and Main Street with shops and restaurants. Space was clean, adorably decorated and had all the needed amenities plus more we didn’t even have a chance to use on our weekend stay. Have already recommended to friends and family :)

It’s really cool that you are above a coffee shop. The food and coffee are great. Me personally I would have just ate there for my meals if it was just me. The host owns the coffee shop. She is very friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their interactions with her and enjoyed her food.

We were in town for a wedding and this worked out great for my family especially the location for everywhere we needed to be in the area. The layout is unique and spacious and even enough space for our dog to be comfortable. Two things stood out to me that may be a issue for others, the home is on a main street and at night you can hear cars passing by and sometimes the train so if you’re a light sleeper that may bother you but we were fine. And the steps to the upstairs loft area are steep especially coming down. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

I was in town for 3 nights with my husband and a couple of friends for 3 nights of concerts. We loved staying at the Cigar Store. It was a perfect setup for us, good location, clean and easy to get around. We felt right at home!

This was our second stay at Maria's and once again everything was great! Convenient location to explore Cincy and/or Newport. That view never gets old!!

My wife and I enjoyed a fun and exciting overnight in Cincy with some friends. Kristopher's place was in the perfect location for a walkable dinner and short drive to a concert at a local venue. Instructions for checking in were detailed and easy. The place was immaculate and cozy with some snacks provided. One thing to note--the parking garage is above the Kroger grocery store, not close to the Kroger headquarters building, which is also in the vicinity. Parking entrance is on Central Expressway and Walnut Street. Will book again!

5 Star location in OTR. Having stayed at several AirBnb’s in the neighborhood, you get a wonderful busy location with a ton to do right around the corner. Condo was clean and easy to access. The frozen pizza was the perfect extra touch, especially for arriving later into the night and not wanting to go in search of dinner!
