The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - Il NIDO - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Rustic surrounded by greenery, close to the river and its beaches, rock for climbing 30m, klettern, 200m Bus to Locarno and Ascona (5km) 10 min WALK from the road on a path. Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

Da tenere in considerazione che per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. monolocale di 20 mq con affaccio diretto alla piscina e giardino, composto da un letto matrimoniale ( oppure 2 letti singoli), un bagno, angolo cottura e patio esterno. l'appartamento fa parte dell'Agriturismo Fulet in cui sono presenti altri 4 appartamenti posti al primo piano dell'edificio.( vedi foto). Parcheggio privato ed uso wifi gratuito.

Rustic Caverda

The cottage was created by renovating an old barn. All the furniture that makes up the home's furnishings was handcrafted in solid wood by the host. The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system, making it environmentally friendly. The cottage is in a very quiet and sunny area.

Small rustic Verzasca-style house on two floors with external staircase. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a fireplace and a shower room + outdoor table. On the first floor, a bedroom (full-size bed) with a bathroom with toilet + sink and a small balcony.
