John's place is the perfect place. it is 2nd row and you have a view of the ocean. A perfect porch to sit and drink coffee in the morning, a glass of wine at night, or just to sit and listen to the waves. You have a very short walk to the beach! The house is great, has great space, very clean, and there was great space around the houses so you didn't feel on top of other guests. My teens enjoyed the TVs for the evenings. It is walking distance to a restaurant, ice cream shop, and 10 min from coffee or souvenirs!! perfect location!! We will be back!!

This was our second time staying here. It’s a beautiful rental and terrific location. A great place to come with kids, especially ones who don’t want to stay on the actual beach all day. It’s incredibly convenient popping down to the beach and up to the rental without having to lug a ton of stuff with you. And the views from the balcony are beautiful. We loved our stay!

Great value and proximity to the beach. The place was cozy and inviting. Great deck for watching the sunrise (front) and sunset (back). We loved the neighborhood and the beach access most. Owner was very responsive. We had brain freeze (and/or we're old...ha!) and couldn't get the Roku to work, she called AND sent a message on this app. Just Great service on top of a great place. Highly recommend for families. My grandkids loved the place and being able to see the beach from the living room area. Would definitely rent again!

Staying in Kevin's place was a Blessing. Felt like home the minute we walked in. Easy to take care of, close to good restaurants, kitchen equipped with necessities, as well as bathrooms. Gonna miss staying there.

We had an amazing time at the beach house! Absolutely loved the location and how it was just steps away from the water! The house was clean, well maintained, and we had everything that we needed. Cheyenne was a great host and very accommodating! I requested an early as well as a late check out and she made that happen for us, which we truly appreciated! Would definitely book this property for our future beach staycations! 😊

Excellent! We enjoyed our stay very much. Charles was very responsive and the place was exactly as described. The layout is perfect with plenty of room for the seven of us. In nearby Lake Jackson, restaurants La Casona, Jimmy Joe’s and The Local were all outstanding. Highly recommend this property!

Megan's place was everything that I needed. this was my second time staying and we had everything we needed. the pool and hot tub was very nice.

Where to start with this wonderful home. Unlike other Air BNB’s this location actually feels like a home and the host feels like an actual person and is quick to respond to any inquiry we had. A huge plus for us is EVERY amenity that was listed actually worked! Massage chair works, all the TVs worked, all the recliners in the theater room worked, the front door worked! For those of you that are new to Air BNB’s (or have done this before) a lot of times what is listed does not always work or is not always there. The neighborhood that we were in was nice and quiet. Food and shopping is fairly close at this location and there’s a nice park for families to go to. Yolanda and her home is beyond 5 stars!!! Mahalo nui loa❣️

Ola’s place feels like a luxury stay with the comforts of being in the suburbs. We also had our family join us on this trip for the holidays and it was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space once we were done each day with family time and then large common areas to hang out during the day and evenings and spend time together. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we are very picky about our sleeping quarters. 😊 Would definitely recommend to others staying here.

My family and I loved this home. It’s in a very quiet area. The house was very spacious for my family (we had 8 adults and 6+ kids). We enjoyed the amenities. The host was also quick to respond. We will be staying here if we’re ever back in the area.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this house. The host Matthew was immediately responsive on some basic questions I had before we arrived. For anyone with kids, you can’t beat the great pool setup combined with a ~2 minute walk to a nice strip of Surfside Beach.

Vira was such a great host. She was very responsive with any questions that I had. The ice machine in the refrigerator did have some white powder substance coming out, so we decided to just nto use the ice. Otherwise, the home was very nice and comfortable. The proximity to the heated pool was excellent. Vira allowed us to get in early at 12pm, which was great so our 1 year old could take a nap. Check in and out instructions were very easy to follow. Weather was slightly chilly for spring break, so the ocean was pretty cold. So staying by the heated pool was so nice. Would definitely recommend staying at Vira's place!

We had the best stay ever! It was our family’s first trip to the beach and our host provided things we didn’t even know we would need for beach trip! We made so many memories and hope to return to this same spot!

Everything was as listed! The RV was a great place to stay. It's a short walking distance to the beach and a convenience store. I was also glad that it was pet friendly! I would stay here again in the future.
