The little treehouse in Fairhaven is a perfect spot for a family visit. Close to the beach and easy to find. Very near the Harrington Harbour Yacht Club and other sporting amenities. Very affordable too. The kitchen was well equipped. The very large family room gave our family plenty of room to spread out. Terrific family break.

Great location. Walking distance to capital south metro station. Easy and close street parking. Had groceries and door dash delivered right to the door. Felt very safe.

Jennifer’s place is very cozy, clean, and private. It is located in a nice, quiet area of DC. The provided parking space was an excellent bonus. The proximity to most points of interest was perfect, about 20 mins drive to many historic buildings. Jennifer was very prompt and responsive to my inquires. It was a very lovely stay. Thank you!

David was a very accommodating host and made our stay very comfortable. We needed somewhere local to Falls Church for two nights while we moved homes. The place is quaint and as described and easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids. It’s also a very quiet neighborhood and we had a great sleep as a result. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great location convenient to all of the attractions of DC as described. She even left muffins, and wine for us which was a nice treat. The property looked exactly like the pictures. Overall it was a great stay with a great host.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

We had a fantastic stay at Heather's. The area is very dog-friendly, there is a dog run just a few short blocks away. Lots of amazing food nearby. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and designed very nicely and also with practicality in mind. Parking was never an issue and the internet was stable and fast. We will definitely be coming back once the weather gets nicer.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this condo. Perfect space to spend time with friends and an easy Uber ride into the city to watch the playoff game!

This place was a perfect birthday weekend getaway for my husband and myself. The grounds and views were amazingly breathtaking. One of the best Sunsets I have ever seen. I had a wonderful bubble bath and the shower was great too. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the food at various restaurants was so good! Andy and Rachel were great hosts and super responsive. My husband was so excited for his icey dip in the Chesapeake Bay. We will definitely be back to this amazing place.

It was a great stay at this place. It was very cute & cozy. Despite the cold weather; we were able to enjoy the stay. As the host stated you can hear the footsteps above but that really was no bother at all. It feels like your own. Love that it is dog friendly Slept really well & was able to cook some nice meals. A really nice getaway spot

Martha and John’s place was so beautiful and peaceful and everything we needed for a getaway from New York. They were so kind and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home with our dog and would definitely come back again! The thoughtfulness and attention to detail they put into their place truly makes you feel right at home :)

Miguel's place was perfect for our needs. It was near friends that we were visiting and near coffee, restaurants, a farmers market and was very walkable. We were a 15 minute walk from the Metro so we were able to travel downtown for museums, etc. Miguel made sure to communicate with us about his dogs and it was exactly as presented. You could hear them moving about upstairs during the day but not an issue for us. Everything was quiet during the time that they committed to. We had a great nights sleep both nights. The bed was firm. I loved that part. My wife prefers the bed softer but we both slept well so not a problem in the end. Everything was clean with snacks provided. We will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

Was just the quiet, relaxing break we needed. Host was very helpful and friendly and we felt right at home. House was well stocked and comfortable. Excellent outdoor space on the water for that early cup of coffee , some kayaking, or s’mores around the fire pit.

This home was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood and was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas. If we return to the area we would absolutely book here again! Michael was a wonderful host and we had only positive experiences. Thank you Michael!

Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

Absolutely wonderful basement apartment, cozy, quiet, private and with everything that you need. The living room is spacious. The bedroom was very cozy, full size mirror, very comfortable bed. Kitchen has everything and fridge was stocked with a nice collection of drinks and little snack, which was much appreciated after travel. Wonderful place, have stayed there twice now and will again.

This little cottage is a fantastic stay, especially if you have pets. It’s not too far from any major shopping or restaurants, but far enough that you don’t have to deal with noise pollution. You have almost everything you need already on property, besides food and body wash! The fenced in backyard is great! The host provides a grill and fire pit for use, along with nice covered patio and furniture to enjoy the surroundings. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, and couldn’t have made this a more pleasant experience . This is definitely on my list of favorite places to rent when in the NoVA area!

We stayed here and I cannot recommend it enough! Everything was exactly as described. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host went out of his way to help us with logistics of things we were going to be doing as well as making recommendations. We will definitely book again the next time we are back in the area.
