The quiet and the view were great. Apt. very clean. Kitchen has everything for cooking, but choice of food spots two staircases down the street. Malls, shops, grocery store, ice rink. Apt. I find the mark up booking a renting is too expensive for me -- so whether I got my money's worth or not is not really related to alex's place. But for a good get away this was a clean quiet place with a responsive and conscientious host.

Great location, easy walk to downtown Bethesda, well connected to rest of the city. Clean, comfortable apartment. Mark was very communicative and answered our questions quickly. Would be happy to be back in the future.

Joe’s place was great! We came with a baby and a 9 year old, there was plenty of space for everyone and Joe provided amenities that made it very baby friendly. The location is great, right across from the metro, there is a wegmans across the street and plenty of restaurants downstairs. I would highly recommend this space, great value and Joe was very responsive, helpful and nice!

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

We had a great stay. The apartment was extremely nice, and had everything we needed for our family of five. It was a perfect jumping off place for DC adventures, with easy metro access. Easy parking too. Highly recommend!

The apartment and location met our needs perfectly for a weekend stay visiting family both in Arlington and D.C. Our daughter lives in a building a 10 minute walk away, so we are glad we discovered Sojourn. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

My family and I visited the DC metro area for the weekend, and it was a great pleasure staying at Caitriona's flat—a little gem in Alexandria located right off the main highway to DC. The flat is conveniently situated near a shopping plaza and several restaurants. For breakfast or lunch, I highly recommend trying Barnside Diner. When I visit DC again this summer, I will definitely book this flat on Airbnb. Caitriona was very accommodating and communicative whenever I had questions.

We stayed at a Wyndham Resorts in National City, MD. Just south of DC across the DC/MD line and right across the Potomac from Alexandria/Mount Vernon. A stone's throw from the Gaylord Convention Center (it's huge) in a city like feel with the quiet of a suburb! We walked to several restaurants/mini-attractions (Ferris Wheel) and had an easy time. Parking is at a premium but if you sit in on a meeting about the opportunity to get involved with the Wyndham family, they'll waive that fee along with other benefits they could offer. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/2 bath location and had plenty of space. Pool (inside and outside) are cozy and heated. We were gone during the day to see DC but at night any business folks are gone. It was a great family vacation!

This was our (parents and 2 kids) second stay at this apartment and I’m sure we’ll be staying here again soon while visiting the area. The apartment has all the conveniences needed, in a great location, and Oleg is a very responsive and helpful host. The wholefoods downstairs and free parking is a super bonus!

Great stay, perfect size for a family of four. The home was well maintained and nicely furnished. Charlotte was responsive when the stove didn’t work and got it fixed quickly. Overall, as advertised.

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

The home was beautiful and the host was super responsive. I would recommend this property to family and friends if they are visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

We stayed with 2 teens and it was perfect. It is in the heart of Del Ray in walking distance to restaurants and shops. To top it off, the host was gracious, checked in on our needs without intruding, and was amazingly tolerant and honestly seemed to enjoy having us as guests in his grandmother’s home that he had so thoughtfully restored. All around a wonderful place to stay.

We had a fantastic time. You can’t beat the location and if you have toddlers, this is the spot! We loved hanging out in the basement watching them play. There were a few issues outside, but Jayne was very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience.
