We are in walking distance to groceries, dining, and everything the small town of Stinson Beach has to offer. Peekaboo views from the deck of ocean and town. You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

This is an autonomous studio with private bathroom, but the only shower is outside. This is a small room with a partitioned off toilet and curtain. The shower is an enclosed surfer's shower with curtain outside behind the studio. The hot water has to travel a distance from our heater, so turn on the hot first & wait till it arrives. Also, you will find a red tub next to the shower, please catch the water in it while you are waiting for the hot water to arrive so we can pour it on the garden.

Located across the street from the Bay with stunning views, beach access close by. San Quentin is a little-known gem of a historic town and will be a memorable place to stay. No kitchen access or fridge/microwave.

We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Great WIFI and onsite tech support. Well equipped kitchen. The farmhouse was a perfect weekend getaway from San Francisco, situated on a quiet property with a large garden and views of the blue Pacific waters. The interiors were artistically done, combining rural, country vibes with modern amenities. Also checks off the box for eco-friendly travelers looking for places that recycle, upcycle and preserve. Will be adding this place to the must visit again list.

Such a special place to stay so fun watching the planes take off. Also, whoever cleaned this place did such a great job, smelled so good at check in. This Airbnb also had everything you could need from robes to luggage trolly. The drawers were so clean and organized too.

The location is very special, in Muir Beach. The house is exactly as in the photos, cozy and well equipped. Access is via a private road. It is just important to keep in mind: 1) it is ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy nature, but there is no commerce nearby. 2) accessibility is not good for people without mobility; 3) the house has no curtains: you will have natural light as soon as it is dawn. The host, Graham, was always helpful.

We had the most amazing time at Matt’s place. The house itself is quite literally a grownup-size treehouse perched on a steep hill (the 100+ stairs to get to the door went through a true character arc from a nemesis to a good old friend over three days we stayed there), incredibly beautiful and worthy all the praise it receives here. The furniture and material choices, the thoughtful details, the variety of charming nooks and corners to cozy up and get comfortable in—everything is there to make you feel at home. With hiking trails quite literally steps from the backyard the house is drowning in lush, whispering greenery—hearing birds sing in the morning and hummingbirds buzzing at sunset was my favorite. Truly a rare find—this is not “an airbnb”, instead it felt like a good friend’s house that’s well loved and lived in, making it a very memorable stay. Thank you Matthew and family.
