Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Our stay at Doug and Keri’s luxurious Airbnb was truly a treat! Every detail in the home was carefully thought out, creating a space that was both beautiful and welcoming. The decor, clearly Keri’s brilliant touch, made the space feel warm and homey while maintaining a sense of elegance. The view was lovely, and everything was spotless and perfectly in place. Doug was incredibly friendly and made communication a breeze, making us feel right at home. This was easily one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t recommend it enough!

This is absolutely a gem accommodation especially if you are looking for a quiet, cabin-like feel, in the woods. The drive from Ashland was beautiful and we saw some wildlife. The cabin was perfect for our 2 families. The kids stayed upstairs in the loft area and the adults could have some quiet time on the main floor. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The patio was perfect for the early morning coffee while we waited for the kids to wake up. The host had fun puzzles and games that we enjoyed; we had brought a folding table. Having access to the garage was great so we could pack the cars without getting shoes dirty. We didn't have any issues but thought it would be good to mention. There is only 1 shower at this location. We made it work with 10 people taking quick showers & some of us had our own towels. The drive in is on a dirt road that had large puddles and over time they could get worse - our Subaru did ok.

We had such a wonderful stay at Julianne’s place! The bed was insanely comfortable, we slept like rocks. The water was hot with amazing pressure, which is always a bonus! The property was easy to find, had great parking, and the views on the drive to and from were absolutely stunning. The sky views from the property itself were incredible. Some of the best stargazing we’ve ever seen. Julianne was an excellent host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We even got to meet their sweet farm dog, which totally made my day! It was such a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!
