We're located 25 miles from Charlotte International Airport, 5 miles from I85 and 75 miles from Asheville, NC. The apartment is attached to our home with a connecting breezeway. It has a private entrance, screened porch, ceiling fans and parking area.

I would recommend this spot for family gatherings or smaller to medium sized groups. Perfect location for activities on the water. Has a very private feeling but are still very close to all the stores you need. Hosts are friendly, communicative, and they have an awesome book that goes over everything in the house.

Cozy Cottage was just perfect for celebrating wedding festivities for our son. Rhonda was a pleasure to work with. Our daughter who is nurse, came off night shift & drove in to wide open weekend of wedding festivities. Rhonda so graciously allowed us to stay longer than our checkout time on Sunday so she could sleep a little longer before heading back home. This mom was very appreciative. This tiny home was such an amazing stay, it was very clean, comfortable and inviting. My husband and I were able to use the Kayaks and go fishing all morning. Really great little tiny house community with so much to do on the property. We really enjoyed every bit of it!
