Cool the day off in our backyard SITTING POOL, or read a book in our 7 ft SITTING WINDOW. Watch the pines sway through our living room observing windows or have friends over for dinner at our outdoor dining area! No matter the reason, the Pine House is for you!

The Wandering Path RV site

Immerse yourself in nature, surrounded by 20 wooded acres, along 2000 feet of Big Coldwater Creek. Tranquil, quiet and peaceful describe our slice of paradise best. 30 feet or less in length, 30 amp electric and water hook up. No sewage but the RV site is only 30 feet from the bathhouse that you're sure to love! . The RV site is a short walk from the main beach, hiking trails, and secondary (more private, smaller) sandbars. Well behaved pets (2) allowed. Must get along with other animals.

The Loft at McFadyen Manor Homestead

Enjoy the sunrise with your coffee or a cocktail while you take in the evening views on your private 2nd story deck overlooking the grazing cattle. Come and soak in the serenity of country living while you are an easy 40-minute drive to the world-renowned Panhandle beaches. We have charging stations by the beds. Comfy mattresses. Well stocked kitchen. TV in living room and master bedroom. Fast fiber optic WiFi.

If you want to escape traffic and people, this is the perfect place. Destin, Pensacola, Navarre, and Fort Walton Beach are a quick drive away. Beautiful local parks and rivers are within 5 minutes. This is the place for hunters hunting blackwater! Blackwater State Forest is steps away from the camper and river, just a two minute drive down the road. The 2022 camper has new linens and pillows, super clean and stylishly decorated. The full-size bunk beds are roomy and comfortable.

Enjoy nature in this 2 bedroom stilt house on Paradise Island surrounded by the Blackwater River- just a 30 minute drive to Gulf Beaches! Kayak around the island, enjoying the turtles & birdwatching, or boat or drive to downtown Milton to dock and dine at Blackwater Bistro or Boomerang Pizza. There is a boat ramp, boat house, 4 kayaks and life jackets for guest use. Easily visit Navarre Beach, vibrant Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or Ponce de Leon Springs.

We are a little more than an hour from Pensacola Beach, Fl. which boasts historical Fort Pickens and 75 miles from Gulf Shores, AL. Wind Creek Casino just 20 minutes away.
