Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

Eric’s place is great. All of the reviews talking about the location are spot on. Went to a concert. Having the luxury of walking <5 mins after the concert ended while everyone else is sitting in traffic cannot be understated. Place was clean, as described. Would stay again.

Beautiful spot to stay in as you explore the area, we were there for a concert and wish we had more time.

As always Sharon’s condo was perfect for us again this past weekend. There was even a Christmas tree which was such a pleasant surprise. A great place to stay if you’re ever in this area of New Hampshire!

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

Thanks Virginia! This was the perfect stay for my son’s graduation. The location is easy to access Plymouth and Holderness. The apartment had everything I needed and your property is beautiful. Fortunately I did not meet up with any bears at Bear’s Nest.

A great place to get away! Without a television to distract you, you can soak in the views of the lake from the couch or the kitchen table. We cooked over the fire outside, eat in the sunshine on the picnic table, and paddled around the lake. Would recommend!

Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. This cabin is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for those who want to enjoy the outdoors in New Hampshire during the day but come home to a cozy place at night! And Patricia was a fantastic host; she was super-responsive to my questions and had great local recommendations.

My family and I recently attended a show at the Bank NH Pavilion and were looking for somewhere to stay. Jason's home was the perfect spot. It was nestled onto the side of a hill, with absolutely stunning views of the lake from both the master bedroom and the first floor balcony. Jason was super responsive to questions and concerns from the moment we booked. Additionally his home was like staying at a 5 star resort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need from utensils to pots/pans. The entertainment center had streaming service and loads of board games. There were plenty of towels and extra linens. We truly did not have to worry about anything inside of the home. I will definitely be staying with this host again!

Views: The highlight of this Airbnb is undoubtedly the panoramic views. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the deck or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine, the scenery is simply stunning. Watching the sunrise and sunset from this vantage point was a magical experience. Host: Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing helpful tips about local attractions

The property was absolutely stunning and made me feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the sunroom, which offered breathtaking views of Lake Webster-such a tranquil spot. Although I drove along the Kancamagus highway to see the autumn foliage, the most vibrant colors were actually at the Lake Sunapee Drive loop, 20 mins from the place. This is a hidden gem and so underrated. One of our best stays. Rachel is an awesome host, and so easy to communicate.

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

Loved our stay! Perfect location for our concert weekend at the amphitheater. We had everything we needed and found our hosts to be incredibly responsive when we had questions or needs. We visit this location each year and would love to return if they’ll have us!

Shauna was a great host . I had a few questions that were answered immediately. It was really humid in early August so the ice cold AC’s were great! I would highly recommend staying at Shauna’s place . Easy access to Weirs & Bank NH Pavilion!

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!

My husband and I stayed for a month at Amanda's place and it was modern and very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and allergic to pet dander, so I only stay in places that don't allow pets. The condo has every amenity you could imagine - from a Weber grill to beach chairs to an instant pot. And if you don't want to cook there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Her condo was exactly as she described and as she showed in the pictures. The view of the lake from the front deck is breathtaking and the back deck faces a private wooded area. We spent many mornings having our coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. There's also plenty of space to work remotely including a private office area on the ground floor. There are 6 units in the condo complex and we met several of the neighbors who were lovely, considerate people. If you're considering a stay in the lakes region, look no further. This is the place.
