It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. We were looking for something close to Weirs Beach and it was just up the hill. We had a little trouble getting in when we first arrived as the instructions were a little confusing, but a quick text on Airbnb resulted in a quick response that got us inside. Otherwise was a good place to stay.

I also do Air BnB and we offer the TV services to our customers. That is one of the biggest thing I would recommend, along with additional cooking pans & lids. Overall I was very pleased with everything about the Air Bnb.

Great stay, place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the peace and quiet during the off season. Excellent location and lots to do in the area. Will stay again!

The view is beautiful. It is nice to have a private beach. Patrick was very friendly and communicative. The only drawback is the insulation is thin and we could hear our neighbors, very loud neighbors, above us at 1 in the morning. The second night we turned on white noise and that helped.

Cute little place. It was just perfect for a sisters weekend.

Good place to stay in Laconia and a nice view of lake. Michael was responded quickly when I had a question. Hope to stay again.

I saw all the reviews on the stairs, but the stairs aren't so bad and well maintained during the snowy/icy winter. the place was exactly as described, very clean and we will be staying again!

We had an absolute wonderful week at Tessa & Maria’s place! What a beautiful location! The space was perfect for my husband, dog and I. Very spacious with a bedroom, living room, kitchens and TWO bathrooms! My favorite part was the deck/balcony, with a beautiful view of the lake! Others staying there were so nice, especially the family below us. Very very friendly and welcoming. Maria was very proactive at fixing things we wouldn’t have even noticed. She brought new cushions for the patio furniture and adjusted the canopy so we wouldn’t get wet! Way above and beyond! The grounds were extremely clean and beautiful! Can’t go wrong with the lake in the summer! They even had beach chairs for you, so you don’t need to bring your own! We love the area, while there is so much to do, it’s very quiet and peaceful! Just what we wanted. Maria, thank you again for sharing your home, tucker loves the lake, we appreciate being able to share it with him!

Daniel was very quick when it came to answering my questions! The place was spotless and had a very well Stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. We brought our Own coffee and we're surprised to see keureg coffee cups and tea bags along with condiments! Bed was super comfy too!

This was an absolute beautiful stay. The views of the lake with the fall foliage was breathtaking. The home had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Would definitely come again.

Britt was kind and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. The space was lovely, comfortable and clean. I loved that she had so many teas and a basket with necessities in case visitors forgot a toothbrush, etc. She is also very pup-friendly!

Very happy with this location. Perfect for travel nursing.

Great unit right by the lake

My family and I had a great time staying at Dixie's place. It had nice access to the Weirs and our daughter loved the pool and small playground onsite. The location was right in the middle of things with lots of close attractions.

Enjoyed staying in the condo a great deal. The linens were soft and cozy , the kitchen had a good variety of kitchen things.We found it was very comfortable for two people. Close to things to do surrounded by beautiful lakes.

Fantastic condo in an amazing location! We highly recommend booking Matthew’s place. The condo is very cozy and will have everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked. Matthew is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The beach is gorgeous and is only a short walk down the driveway and across the street! Definitely recommend.

We were in the area for a wedding and Mary’s condo was perfect for our stay. Our expectation matched the description and photos provided. The condo was clean and provided for everything we needed. Mary is a great host and was super responsive in addressing all needs / questions we had — both prior to and during our stay. You got the sense that Mary cared about your experience and providing products that makes your stay as good and as comfortable as possible. The condo has a nice view of the lake and is located in an area close to popular attractions. I’d definitely recommend Mary’s condo — both for the space, location, and the host (hospitality). Excellent place and totally worth the paid price, awesome surroundings

Our stay was wonderful. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. So close to Gunstock Mountain. Walkable to a great restaurant. The home was so clean and cozy. Kelsie and Marc were extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Great location. The upstairs neighbors were pretty loud late at night until about 1 am each night. Other than that it was close to all of the places we wanted to visit including weird beach and bank of New Hampshire pavilion
